I think you're welcome to try it lol .

As for swallow whole, the only way I know to get it is to take the feats in the draconomicon (as I have) for being a dragon. As a loophole, you can take improved snatch and multisnatch without being a dragon, but Snatch and Swallow is a feat that requires the "dragon type," which can technically be met by being a half-dragon.

well broken as it is you still get another 30 class levels. those levels in your gold dragon are LA and thus ignored (so yes you can go up to 41 in dragon and still take more classes)

There's a little seat of the pants'ing going on with the creature type, since half of his templates change it. I just picked one, since I don't know the rules on it. And I am guilty of putting a template on there that only applies to humanoids, but I really couldn't help myself. I really couldn't.

And it actually is a patchwork monstrosity, nothing that could ever occur naturally.

And... uh...

I think my dewd could totally kill yer dewd. Well... provided someone told him "Hit it in the face!" instead of his usual pounce/rip/tear/nomnomnom strategy.




Anyway, it appears that there are multiple candidates for Zzktnel's buddy...

Calimdoras, however, is not one of them. Mostly because I have an unnatural hate of genies. scream



Scifijames... you think that I could petition you for a homebrew? If my guy could get swallow whole, that would be awesome. Also, you said we couldn't start off with any magical equipment... but could mine start off with a necklace or some such that prevents him from eating his allies? it wouldn't have any numerical benefits.

Swallow Whole
If Zzktel begins his turn with an opponent in his mouth, he may take a free action to swallow them whole. To swallow, he must succeed on an opposed grapple check. Swallowed opponents take (Str modifier) damage plus 10 acid damage per round automatically. An opponent may cut it's way out by dealing 50 points of slashing damage with a light slashing weapon against ZZktel's flat footed AC. ZZktel's gullet may hold two opponents of two size categories maller than himself at a time.





Also, you're ignoring racial hit dice?

If so, I have 24 more levels to do stuff with!

Wait...wait...racial hit dice are ignored? You mean I can add as many heads as I want (and the body can allow via the rules) to raise my dragon hit dice so high it won't even be funny, and raise my age to an effect great wyrm? Further, because I'll have these hit dice as effective level one, practically all presige classes will be open to me? You're going to allow me to take 11/12 levels of Dragon Ascendant and become literally invincible?

I'm going to give you, oh, five seconds to take that back before I take the game I've already broken and shatter it into a million tiny pieces.............

Times up! Give me half an hour, tops, and I'll reintroduce myself twisted twisted twisted

Of course, if you regain sanity, I'll leave my orignal entry untouched, so I can go back to being a weaker version of myself.

The internet cannot adequately express the child-like joy welling up inside of me. I have no idea how you plan to counteract our charecters...or maybe you don't intend to. In any case, I'm going to enjoy this immensly. Charecter is taking longer than I thought, because I'm having to add up a lot more templates (i'm using one half-dragon template per head so that my charecter will have the head of a different dragon for each head. I'd intended this as a roleplaying flavor issue, but the 200+ racial bonus to strength...it's getting hard to contemplate).

Well... my character was kind of banking on you counting racial hit dice.

Now I'm gonna have to scrap him entirely, rebuild him from the ground up, or suck compared to everyone else.

Or I could just take a few thousand outsider levels. But that'd be no fun.

You don't have to take thousands of levels of hit dice. So long as we all decide to stay within a reasonable (and reasonable being an arbitrary term, as my charecter, and inevitably yours, are nowhere near the reasonable power level) level of hit dice. For example, I limited myself to only as many as the multiheaded template would give me. Granted, that's still 72 hit dice, and granted, those are all dragon hit dice, the best in the game, but they're still capped at 72.

Now... I'm thinking of making a colossus. One of those living construct ones (forgot name, har har). I'll make it insectoid for extra limbs and see if I can't re-make zzktel here.

I'ma even tauric it again, since I've got the overpowering urge to ******** something up with a scorpion pincer.
