She sticks her tongue out when he does, then gets up and stands in front of the rock. "We need a rematch at some point then. Just to see who would really win." She giggles and nuzzles his nose again, then runs off in a playful manner.

"Ugh running..." he mumbled, pushing himself up, disappointed that he's leaving the heat of the rock. He started to trot after her, flapping his wings occasionally to shake more water out of them. There was a reason he din't go into deep water... these things took forever to dry.

She stops abruptly and, with a grin, runs back at him, pouncing on him. "I got you this time!" She play-growls and bats at his ears and paws. "You can't move me." She says in a silly tone.

"Ah!" he grunted, letting her pushing him down to the ground. "Mmm..." he said in a slightly interested, slightly playful tone. "Perhaps not.... But I can do this!" He wrapped his wings around them both in a flurry of water then dampened them both once again.

She laughs, jumping off of him. "No! You got me wet again!" She laughs and rolls around in the warm grass. "I'm going to get you back."

He rolled back to his feet and stuck his tongue out at her, "Hah! If you say so!"

She stops and gets up, looking at him for a moment, a thought crossing her mind, a thought that worries her. "...where will you go...?"

He shrugged, "I tend to wander with my father, so I should probably rejoin him, eventually..." He lightened the mood a bit, "Besides, he might overdose on opium were it not for me," he joked with a goofy grin.

She opens her mouth to ask about if he'd leave her behind, but just closes it again as she gets up and walks over to him. She nuzzles his chin. "Good thing you watch over him." She smiles softly.

Daniel raised a brow, slightly puzzled, though not bothered, by the nuzzle. "Oh, he'd be fine without me, I just enjoy joking about it... He needs to settle down in a pride anyway... I don't understand why he wanders, even though he has trouble walking. But he's frustrating like that."
