Simon flickered his gaze at Nero again... grunting softly if only out of lack of what to say... his eyebrows knitted. Say sorry. No. Say sorry! No! his brain battled itself, which only made his temper worse... "No." He finally managed, "Not really."

If that wasn't enough, Cleo took this opportunity to sneak up on the teen... giving him a very startling close contact hug, and a kiss on the cheek... a little too close, he flinched-- hell, was that a blush? No, he wasn't attracted to 'little girls' but he wasn't used to affection... ANY... affection.

as soon as she moved back towards Tyven he just sorta... stood up... as though someone else might pop out of nowhere and invade his personal space. Which... well, Tyven looked less than pleased... why was she mad at him!? A little befuddled... his face almost gave her that 'your guess is as good as mine' expression...

He took a breath... let it out... glancing back to Nero. "Probably a good idea... before the guys get here." another grunt. He.... he'd really hate for them to see Nero hanging out here.... after last time they saw him. Simon wouldn't be able to stand hearing such name-calling and threats again at his childhood friend.

So, it was best if he left.

For some reason Nero's question seemed to have irritated Simon even more. Nero was just about to ask again when the bird girl latched onto the Simon. He was a little shocked, he'd never seen anyone, besides maybe Bree when they had been younger, even try to grab onto the shark boy like that.

When the bird girl let go of Simon and went back to Tyven, the purple girl looked ready to rip someone apart. Then Tyven turned her attention to Nero and her attitude seemed to change a bit to Nero's relief. He was about to tell Tyven that he wanted to stay a little longer when Simon mentioned his gang showing up and that was not at all a pleasant thought.

Nero sighed and looked back at Tyven with a small smile. "I-if you c-could at l-least l-lead me to the m-main st-street that w-would be gr-great." Then he looked back over at Simon. "M-my new pl-place i-isn't too f-far fr-from wh-where we m-met earlier. O-only a-about a mile a-away. It's h-hard to m-miss, there's a b-big d-dome b-being built in the b-back y-yard that y-you c-can see f-from the fr-front. E-Ella w-wouldn't mind y-you c-coming over and I w-would l-like to s-see you t-too." He wasn't sure if Simon cared or if he had even been listening, but he figured he'd at least try before turning back to Tyven and the bird girl, waiting to follow them out.

Cleo flinched back like an upset kitten at her sisters reaction, and gave Tyven a woeful, worried look. "Tyvvie? What's wrong?"

It wasn't often that she saw her sister so infuriated, and. Well. It was a bit frightening. She knew that Tyven would never, ever physically hurt her, but the anger just made that fear of being left again ball up and tighten roughly. So, she twisted her hand grab at Tyvens, and held tight.

"Don't be mad? I didn't mean to make you upset." Her voice was soft, and she leaned into Tyven. "Tell me what I did when we get home?" Almost a whisper this time, quiet and sweet. One wing flexed, the one closest to the snake, and it hooded over her a little intimately like a cloak.

Neros request drew her attention away minutely, with a blink of big eyes. "The main street is easy to find. It's not a problem."

Tyven, like a wild animal being fed and kept warm, was soothed, in part. Still dangerous, but allowing herself to relax, slightly. The snake's free hand slid up to briefly touch Cleo's curls as she nodded slightly. Agreeably. That, to someone observant, gave away her weakness. Cleo. Her eyes briefly caught Simon's, before moving once more to Nero.

"Yes, it isn't a problem." Shifting, slightly, she kept Cleo by her side, even as they began to make their way from the warehouse. Her aggression was hidden behind a blank face as she nodded a goodbye to Simon. They would see each other again, she knew. He had been useful in that fight.
