I have long since closed my eyes.
My only goal is in that darkness. (Guys lets try to keep a post order so Hurame and the others don't get lost. Also, can someone make a barrier jutsu? I hate it when random people pop up and I want this fight to be between the people who are already in the area.)Xzaro smirked slightly at the fact that he had managed to hit Danzo, but it was not enough. The rocky shield prevented the blade from hitting the target that Xzaro was aiming for, a heart, or a lung. Then without warning, Xzaro got punched in the face by a spiky fist. It managed to scar Xzaro's cheek and push him back, sword and all, but he still had his footing. The lightning armor managed to dissolve the doton, but the damage was still there. A small bloody bruise, but nothing more. Then without warning a wave of water came bursting in. Xzaro stabbed the ground with his sword and held his breath before he quickly launched himself onto the surface of the water. His lightning alone would be conducted throughout the water, meaning his raiton would electrocute whatever fool that was shooting water and the Otokage. Xzaro would not be affected by his wet armor because it was his own jutsu. Ofcourse, Xzaro's body didn't conduct heat or electricity so this was also a factor, but it didn't matter. All he had to do was control his chakras so he could stand on the water while his raiton shocked all who got wet.

"Hard work pays off in the end, but I would like to know- what kind of work pays off now?" (I agree one hundred percent with Xzaro. Someone make a barrier so after this point so noone else can enter and disrupt. Also, after this noone post so Hurame and the others can catch up.)He stared at Xzaro seeing how he was pushed back. Then looking towards Junan Danzo realized he was also on his way towards the battlefield. The Otokage made some more handsigns but he was disrupted by for some reason, a water jutsu that caught him off guard. He noticed Xzaro was prepared for it because he immediately stabbed the ground before it landed but Danzo was completely off guard. As he was pushed into the river, Danzo felt electricity and grunted at the pain underwater. His shield could tolerate water-styled jutsu since earth was strong against water, but the lightning being conducted everywhere was breaking the armor apart making Danzo weaker every blink. Once the armor was completely broken, Danzo swam. He swam like he never had before and shot out of the water like Xzaro had. But instead of standing on the water, Danzo made his way towards a tree and hid between its branches. He was hidden from Xzaro and he managed to avoid Lanfaer but Danzo simply needed some time to shake off the raiton and to think before doing anything else.The Hard-headed

Salome had arrived around the same time as Xaoh. She had been standing upon one of the nearby rock formations that jutted from the watter. Clenching her left wrist, she began tightening her right glove as she eyed the Otokage. It was time to end his miserable reign over the Sound. There were many reasons why the man was about to meet his end. Seeing that Xaoh was the first Flame Shinobi to make it there, they could about imagine what this meant for the Otokage. She and Xaoh had been considered high ranking advisers to the Agnikage himself. As she stood there a surge of chakra crawled up her right hand as it clenched into a fist. The enhanced strength traveling through her arm was enough to kill a single human being with one single blow, therefore she was a force to be reckoned with. But this was only a preview for the real battle. The Agnikage himself was about to arrive.
"Well Otokage, it looks like you've gotten yourself into a pickle here. Allow me to end your misery and save you the endless suffering that waits ahead of you."
She spoke softly to Otokage reassuringly. She was serious about her choice of words. Letting those words sit with the man, she smiled before leaping through the rocky landscape to reach the grounds where Xaoh and the others were located. She kept an eye on the others, but mainly her eyes were locked upon the Otokage. He was her primary target for the matter and she stood some feet away from them to at least allow distance between them.
"I'm sure you intersected with our shinobi already, so I take it there's no further need to explain why you're about to die."

(I'd like to wait, but your dodging means I have to post the outcome of that. He's moving too fast. Also, I agree. How the hell does everyone instantly know where he is? Junan could due to his clan's powers, and because he was informed by Xzaro, but the Flame Villagers should have absolutely no clue as to where the Otokage is)
Growling as he missed, Junan struck the side of the valley with incredible force, shattering it and sending debris high into the air and sending a dust cloud to fill the entire valley. Thus, mixing with the hidden mist jutsu, no one would be able to see anything without removing the dust and mist from the area. To do so would be incredible, for they wouldn't be human. Junan wasn't human, of course, and anything with a shadow he could see, but whatever.

At the bottom of the valley stood a shadowy figure. Around his lower waist lied the sheath of a weapon branded with ember toned sigils that intertwined themselves from the tip down to the base of the sword. His amber like eyes could be seen piercing through the landscape as they scanned the scenery thoroughly. Dipping his head, he smiled. It was no other than the Agnikage himself, Kazumei Ashitaka. There were probably many questions aroused minds of those shinobi foreign to the Flame Village as to why both the Agnikage and his shinobi had showed up at the Valley of the End.
"If you're wondering how we tracked you down Otokage, the answer is quite simple. One of your lackeys has a big mouth. I'm sure you know him by name, but a little birdie told me he was poor in stealth skills. I won't give any details for the sake of ruining his honor. Let's just say he should visit our academy to learn a thing or two about stealth."
He spoke out referring to Xzaro, who had revealed the destination of the meeting during his arrival at the Sound Village. Atraeyu had written Xzaro's exact words down before sending the letter to Kazumei, including the section of his words regarding the proposal the Hokage had agreed with the Otokage on. The moment Kazumei read the contents of the letter, a decision was enacted upon. Kazumei held a small smirk on his face as his amber like eyes scoped away the entire environment, including the shinobi from the Sound and the Leaf.
"As you can see, I've declared war on your village. To disrespect my shinobi is to disrespect me and my village as a whole. Therefore, my shinobi are already in your village and that have already initiated the destruction of your village. In other words it doesn't pay to go through with an alliance if you have nothing to come back to. However, being the gentlemen that I am I'll allow Salome to put you out of your misery. No need to thank me, it is my final gift to your for making things so interesting."
Leaving those words to marinate in the air, he brought his attention down upon the Hokage. There was no hint of hostility within Kazumeis' eyes when he glanced upon this man. However there was a sense of danger that burned within his eyes, indicating that things could go either way depending on the decisions the Hokage made here. Little did the Hokage know, Konohagakure was only being used as insurance for the simple fact that the Otokage held control over his own village. This could be clearly seen by anyone in the area of the Valley of the End.
"I'm not sure you're aware of what you're getting yourself into with aligning yourself with the Sound, but the least I can do is enlighten you. You are about to align your entire village with a village composed of missing-nin who are currently being hunted by their own villages. To align yourself with the Sound Village is to make the Leaf Village the enemy of every single country who has a missing-nin in the Sound , including the Flame Village. I'm sure you understand the magnitude of your decision and the weight of how situation's effect on your village. Currently I have no problem with you or your village. Depending on your decision will influence my next step in what needs to be done. Think of your own village and not of the Otokage, he's finished."
What the Agnikage spoke of was true. The Otokage had already dug his own grave. His own people in the sound village was already after his head, including those who would find out about his betrayal aside from the two present Sound Council members. Not to mention the other villages were soon to follow the trail of their missing-nin residing in the Sound Village. The man's fate was pretty munch sealed and the Flame Village didn't take prisoners. As Kazumei awaited the man's response, he pocketed his hands.

Appearing directly in front of the Hokage, between him and any potential danger, Ruii looked around at all the gathered ninja. Her Byakugan was activated, and her eyes widened slightly at the amount of chakra present in all of them, before narrowing intensely behind her mask as she realized that for one of them, she couldn't see their chakra network at all. Making an assumption, probably a safe one, she figured that the shinobi possessed some kind of powerful clan technique. He could be....troublesome. There were several Kage level ninja here, and the Leaf were outnumbered. She had arrived in time to hear the one who seemed to lead the Flame ninja talk to the Hokage. Her eyes narrowed further, but her sight didn't diminish a bit. Judging from what she could see, the Leaf hadn't committed itself either way. Looking at the injured Otokage, and two Sound ninja who clearly wanted him dead, she then turned her attention to the ninja from the Flame.
It was clear to her that the two Sound ninja wouldn't support their Kage, who was truly almost finished anyway. A smart tactician would see that if the Leaf had to pick a side in the coming battle, then that side should be the Flame. "Lord Hokage, if I may be so bold as to make a suggestion? I believe we should either withdraw, or that if it comes down to taking sides, we chose the Flame. If what that shinobi says about Otogakure is true, then siding with the Sound is not, if you'll pardon the pun, a sound decision" she murmured, so quietly that it was doubtful that even Jiro could hear her. Slowly, she straightened up into a more relaxed position, but an aura of readiness still radiated from her.
