Eye color: Chrome silver -- could be pupilless if you think it'd look cool.
Hair style and color: Two long, flowing pigtails (see your hybrid example for length) with sideswept bangs that don't cover the eyes. Color should fade from hot pink through the rainbow in neon/bright colors, ending at bright purple. If the long pigtails aren't considered a simple hair edit, feel free to make them shorter... I just wasn't sure.
Other edits?: n/a
Markings: Fur color should be dark blue/navy -- almost black. Markings should look nebulous, with scattered silver stars. See reference for colors. I give you some free reign on the pattern itself, so whatever you think looks good. I just don't want it to be too busy. XP

Exactly as it says, 13-14 characters describing the physical appearance of the Pala. So if I recall, yours was like a pastel tiger, so you could do something simple like "Pastel Tiger"... or if you wanted to get more complex, something like "Spectral Tiger."

Tail style is always a feather-fluff thingur... so best example would be the basic and complex sample on the front page 3nodding

Eye color: Silvery Grey.
Hair style and color: Black, and see ref, he has three little hairpicks (That are actually doubled as knitting sticks), that keep his hair up in a loose ponytail. The end of his hair is a big ragged, he has drown at least once xD. The picks are one purple, one blue, one blueishpurple. They have wisps at the end, but those aren't entirely needed xD I just like beig pretty.

Double wings biggrin The top wings are the colour of blue in the ref, a upper sea like blue. Bottom pair of wings are a murky darker blue, like the depths of the ocean, I'll have a full ref of him in a few hours of the colour diffs (If not, by tomorrow XD)

Okay his coat xD. His coat is made of two layers. One's black, one's Pearl-white. The white has a bit of lace design as you can see, and the back is lace at the ends (It's the goddess he's under, every avatar she owns has grey eyes and wears some form of lace.) and on the edges of his sleeves and on where the shoulder meets the main coat, are xs, they're very important, they count the souls lost because of him. He doesnt need pants. The coat sort of acts as a dress I guess xD
