I read most of the journal [i'm pressed for time, which I will always apologize for not reading everyone else's comments] but I always thought it was funny that mostly straight women are really into the slash, but I rarely saw guys in the action.
When you see the authors names like 'Zoe3000' & 'JennyOhSoCool' repeatedly you get suprised when you see 'BrianOMally' or something to that extent.
If I gay man told me I was inaccurately describing a characters behavior I would kindly tell him that even though you're gay, not every gay guy is like you. Just my opinion.
I wouldn't tell them to leave the fandom by no means. I mean, as long as your a fan who has the right to make it for only one gendeR?
It would be so boring then.
I do have to agree..gay men are very skilled with the porn, so never give that up! xd

Okay HK, clearing something up real quick.
I am Pro-Choice, but I don't exactly avocate making it law. I do believe in making it more difficult, but not illegal. Certainly, giving victims of rape an option whether or not to have an abortion should be allowed for. I was raped myself when I was little- and no, I'm not ashamed of it. It wasn't my fault, and I know that. I'm not going to hide it- and I don't honestly know what I would have done if it had happend when I was old enough to concieve children (also- yes- I am female). I wish I could say, but I don't know.
Yeah...so....um...males are underrepresented here. Poor males.

(she recently went through the process of date rape) But yeah, I agree, Gov't should stop funding it and it really should be harder then a 16 year old walking in and begging and becoming another number that paid in cash with her parents none-the-wiser.
So yeah...how about those gay men being treated as objects...purty bad. sweatdrop

Well, I've all ready told HK...when I was sixteen I was sexual molested (is that even the right term) by my older cousin so I have a pretty good idea as a male what it feels like to be treated as a object.

Bah, as the offical Virgin Sacrifice and Innocent I believe that all this talk of molestation and rape is too much for my sterile mind. Yet it is part of reality and I suppose you can't run away from it.
But however this reminds me of a rather funny story.
People in Bali belive that if you are a rapist you will be reincarnated as a dog, that is why they kick dogs. Which if you think about it, would explain why dogs always hump your leg.
