James Spader is my favorite actor. He's gorgeous, has a creepy serial killer stare, and can act in any genre. Proof: NC-17 movie called Crash from 1996 and Shorts a PG family movie from 2009.
As for actresses, I guess I'd say Kate Winslet because of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind especially. I also like Mandy Moore in some movies. Melanie Lynskey and Anna Faris are some other favorites of mine.

Angelina Jolie,Nicole Kidman(well she's a pretty good actress in Practical Magic and older movies but not so much in newer movies),oops can't think of any more but there's more.

Jim Carrey because he makes me laugh and made me freaked out in 23;
Leo DiCaprio because.. because?;
Michael Cera because he's adorable;
Will Smith because he's just amazing... etc
For actresses:
I love Dakota Fanning because she's so amazing for her age;
Jessica Alba because.. Mostly because she is beautiful? Stupid reason, but yeah...;
Angelina Jolie because she's versatile and a 'bad girl' in most movies... etc
TV:
All the Heroes cast except the cheerleader and her whole family... lol

Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway and Uma Thurman for now. I only fell in love with Uma Thurman because of Kill Bill. If it wasn't for that movie, I would have never cared for her. xD
EIDT: Was reading other people's favorite actors and actresses and I saw one I must add here. Tom Hanks. I love him in Forest Gump, but who doesn't? xD
