Demetri nodded. "Great. Come along," He said as he began to walk. He moved in long, but slow strides so she could keep up very easily.

Dasha slipped the book underneath her belt, trusting it would stay in place. If it didn't, oh well. She could always find a new one. She walked along beside him, her movements very fluid and smooth. She stared ahead of them as they walked, her purple and blue eyes scanning the hallways. They seemed oddly empty. There weren't that many students in the school, but it seemed like there should be more. She glanced out the windows at the cloudy skies. It was difficult to tell the time without seeing the sun, but she assumed it was sometime in the afternoon. Perhaps late afternoon. She shrugged, turning back to the hallway. "So where did you come from?" she asked, trying to make light conversation. "I mean before coming here."

Demetri looked at Dasha and smirked. "I lived with my master in America, on Earth. It's a long story. How about you?" He asked.

Dasha shrugged as she walked, staring at the ground. "I lived for a while here with my family. They had an odd.....well, the best word I can think of is vendetta against me. I don't know why. They just didn't seem to like me. So I wanted to move away as soon as I could," she answered.

Demetri looked down. "I know that feeling. I think it happens to a lot of us, even us who have masters," He said.

((This will be the last time I'll probably be able to post for the next two weeks. Woot for spring break X3))
Dasha glanced up at him for a moment, a look of questioning in her eyes. "How did you...get a master?" she asked, not quite understanding the entire concept. "If you don't mind my asking...."

((Alright, have fun!))
Demetri looked at Dasha, as though uncertain if he should talk about it. He nodded some. "Well, It's complicated, but my Master was a man of riches, so in America he played himself off as a royal of some European country. My parents were poor, knew little English, wanted to have power and money, and so they took up an offer that they heard from other immigrants and people in the slums. My Master was saying he would take in children for a small payment and raise them as his own. My parents gave me up at the age of 12, and they got good jobs and benefits in return. Stupid mortals didn't realize he was draining their children, or worse. I was lucky, so he made me his slave until I reached a certain age and turned me to be his forever. It often doesn't happen like that. Usually other Masters and Mistresses invite people who have nothing or believe in vampires to gatherings and ask them to join. I had no choice at first, but I realized I didn't want to be a disgusting human anymore. It's tragic, but I've accepted this as my past and only embrace my future of becoming useful to my Master once more."

Lawfayet smirked at his furious mother, and ducked to one side just in time to escape her. He stood up on his feet, at the same moment Lucy caught herself, and flipped backward off of the wall onto her feet as well. "I told you never to come bac here, you worthless cretin!" She shouted. "Oh but I couldn't stay away from my dear sweet mother for that long, you know that," Lawfayet laughed. " Don't mock me! you hate me as much as I hate you, and you know it. Get out of here or I'll do to you what I did to your father!" "Ah yes, you 'loved' him so much, more than your own pathetic life. Then when I come along, and you can't use me for your own benefit, you damn him to a lifetime of servitude to the underlord. Yes, very loving," Lucy lunged at him again in outrage, suceeding in bringing Lawfayet to the ground. They slid several feet, rocks cut into Lawfayet's skin through his clothes. As they slowed he maniaged to throw her off of him by grabbing her head, and slamming her into the ground. Black blood dripped from both of them, and the cavern was filled with Lucy's screams of hate, Lawfayet's dark chuckles at her, and both of their cries of pain.

Marni awoke with a gasp when she heard thunder shake the ground. She was soaked from the rain, but she didn't mind that too much. She thought she could hear something below the ground, but she didn't think nothing of it as she took her soaked book and tried to shake it dry.

The two demons continued to brutally attack each other, and the insults became increasingly louder. Finnaly, after what seemed like a very long time, Lawfayet grabbed Lucy's wrists, flung her up over his head, and slammed her down behind him. He twisted his body around as she came in contact with the ground, and he lay on top of her holding her hands to the ground. "Gotcha," he gasped, sweat rolling down his face. Lucy glared at him so meanacingly, that any other creature other than a demon would immediately back off. "Yes you did. Now what do you want?" she growled. Lawfayet thought for a moment, then said, "If you must know I came down here just to see you," He smiled wryly Lucy became even more furious at her son. "You've seen me. Now go away, before I give you the damnation you deserve," Lawfayet swiftly got to his feet, bowed and said "Of course, Madame," and with that he strode off into the underworld to pursue his real purpose for being there, Lucy glaring at his back all the way.

Dasha stared at Demetri for a moment before looking down at the floor beneath them. "How interesting," she commented, not quite knowing what else to say. She herself had grown up with her parents disliking her. She wasn't very fond of them either, but that was beside the point. "My parents probably would have sold me given the chance," she scoffed. "Never liked them much either..."

Demetri glanced at her as he stopped at a window. "They loved me, but they thought it was my best interest to be given to some rich man, but my Master is my only family. I just need to prove to him that he should keep me around," He said, then he looked at Dasha.
Marni heard some of the fighting of the two demons far below the ground. She could just sense it and feel the ground shake. After a few moments of silence she got up and began to head into the forest, where the drop off into the underworld was. She was curious and remained that way as she peaked over into what seemed to be an abyss.

Dasha stopped as he did and glanced out the window. The rain was still coming down. A bit lighter than earlier, but it was raining nonetheless. It would appear that they wouldn't get a drought any time soon. "You want to go back to him?" she asked out of curiosity. This whole 'master' thing still confused her slightly. Her initial thought was that the man would be a cruel sort. Had he said anything about disliking him? No, but the way he had said his past was 'tragic' made her think that he did. Now why would he want to go back? If it were her, she would have killed the man long ago. But then again, perhaps he was too strong. Or Demetri wasn't the murderous sort. Just the thought made a small smile grace her lips. She was. But, just meeting her once wasn't usually enough for one to tell.

Demetri shrugged some, then continued to walk as he took out a red colored rock from his pocket. "Well, yes. I mean he's the only person I have in the universe," He said.

Dasha eyed the rock shortly before following him once again. "You don't need him, though, do you?" she asked. "You could get along fine without him. Meet some more people...Or just live alone. I've spent much of my life in solitude. There really isn't a great need for others to be in one's life. Well, I suppose I'm speaking from my own experience..." She shrugged as she walked, looking down at the floor.
