laze kept jumping from tree limb to tree limb and then finally paused. He didn't hear her laughing or running? Had he gone the wrong way? Blaze sat still and closed his eyes while trying to hear where the other namir had gone.

Maera continued to crouch down low, her ears folded back and she smiling from the shadows. She could tell that he was stumped, that he didn't know where she was, and it amused her. It amused her greatly, yet she wanted to go out in the open. She didn't know why, but she wanted to.

Blaze still didn't hear a sound. She couldn't have poofed in thin air...but if she were still he wouldn't hear her. "Where are you?" He teased hoping she would somehow let her hiding spot be known.

Maera closed her eyes and began to softly sing a song she had been taught years ago. "Shizuka ni otosureru, iro naki sekai... Subete no toki no tome, nemuri ni tsuku... Kanashimi yorokobi o, atsumete hito wa. Nagareshi toki, no naka yasuragi miru..."[like in the beginning of this vid]

Blaze heard the singing and a shiver rolled down his back. He smiled as it was so beautiful. He closed his eyes to hear the direction and then started jumping from limb to limb, hoping he would find her.

Maera began to rock from side to side as she continued to softly sing. "...Umareiki, kiete yuku, hito no sadame no naka. Dare mo mina sora no hoshi ni kasukana negai takusu. Hisoka ni kagayakeru, manten no hoshi. Chihei no kanata e to nagare kieru..."
(I know, isn't it?)

Her voice was getting louder so he knew he was getting closer to her. He smiled at the pretty quiet singing. He finally thought he saw her and stopped, as he wasn't sure if it was her or a shadow, "That's beautiful." He said to the shadow.

She did a small twirl as she continued to sing. "...Iroduki hajimeta daichi no ue o. Mujou na toki dake ga fukinu--" her voice cut off as she heard Blaze's and she opened her eyes. She saw him and stared for a moment before muttering a "thank you".

"You're welcome. I see you have many talents." She could sing, run fast, as if she knew what he was thinking, and hide in shadows. "I bet you have even more hidden somewhere."

Maera shrugged. "Perhaps, perhaps not. Some things you see as talent may be nothing more than a annoyance to me," she said before sitting down on the tree branch. Her tailed moved behind her slowly and she looked up at him.

"Really?" Blaze considered this, could her talents really be annoying. "How so?" He was interested to find out why these things were a burden. He didn't see them that way.

Maera smiled slyly at him as her tail flipped. "Do you think I'd tell you my talents of weakness? Only a fool would, which I am not," she said with a slight ring in her voice.

Blaze heard the sting in her voice and he was sure that he didn't intend that reaction. "Oh, no, that makes perfect sense to me." He nodded, "You are no fool that is one thing I know for sure." He guessed he would just have to figure her out in stead of asking.

Maera sat down and sighed before looking up through the leaves at the moon. Her tail swished lightly and she flicked a quick glance at Blaze, as if asking him to join her.

Blaze jumped onto a branch closer to Maera. He watched her and then followed her gaze to the sky. "What are you thinking about?" He was curious to her inner workings.
