"I thought you might like it," he said as he took a few steps toward the water's edge. "I hope it's not too cold," he remarked, half to himself. He set the bow down against a rock and waited for her to join him.

Ginga carefully set the quiver of arrows beside the bow. She skipped over to the pool and stuck a paw in to check the water.

"How does it feel?" he asked. Suddenly he was atop a rock above the water. He dove in before he could hear her response. A few seconds went by, and he hadn't resurfaced.

Ginga anxiousely waited for Oliver to resurface. After several seconds went by she hopped into the water and tried to look for him beneath the surface.

Oliver swam up underneath her and picked her up. He came to the surface with a splash, lifting Ginga in the air. "Did I worry you?" he asked with a slight laugh. He set her back in the water to swim on her own.

"Yes, I thought you drowned!" Ginga pouts up him and then lightly swats him on the shoulder.

Oliver frowned. "Aw, I'm sorry. I couldn't help myself. Don't be mad." He smiled as he ruffled the fur on her head.

Ginga frowned up at him, putting on her best angry face. Motions for Oliver to come closer, acting like she wants to tell him something.

"Hmm? What is it?" He swam closer and leaned his head down to hear her. He could tell she was still upset. And was starting to feel bad.

When Oliver was close enough, Ginga gave a great heave with her paw and splashed water at his face. Paddles away afterwards while grinning mischievousely.

"Oh, no you didn't!" he gasped as he wiped water from his face. He grinned and narrowed his eyes. "You know you're going to get it now." He swam after her and dove under the water.

Ginga squealed, paddling faster while trying to watch for Oliver under water. Determined to not let him sneak up on her.

Oliver came up to take a breath then quickly dove back down. He continued to swim until he was able to cut her off. He leaped out of the water in front of Ginga and sent a splashing wave in her direction.

Another squeal flew out of Ginga's mouth, her front paws flying up to guard her face from the oncoming wave of water.

The water made its way to splash Ginga. As she had her face covered, Oliver surprised her and suddenly lifted her out of the water and spun her around. "Shall we call a truce?" he chuckled.
