Kaisho looked around the training grounds, a large bag in hand, eyeing the other shinigami from the other squads as they trained hard honing their kidō. Kaisho thought long and hard on the kidō skill he wanted to hone, but did not seem quite sure. He was tactical with Bakudō, but based on his rank battle with Aizakku a month earlier, he did sense a lack of potency and efficiency. With his decision settled, the newly appointed Fifth Seat immediately commenced his training, setting his bag and Zanpakuto down next to him.

Without another Shinigami present to use them on, Kaisho could only practice Sai and Hainawa using himself as the target, and Seki on various objects and obstacles. Firstly, Kaisho sat for a moment, wondering how he could to this, his thoughts trailing from one idea to the next until he came up with a conclusion. Kaisho held his arms out in front of him and close to one another, ready for his training.

“Bakudo #4, Hainawa!” Kaisho said aloud, as the energy rope formed from his hands and twirled tightly around his wrists. Satisfied with its strength, tested by trying to move his arms apart, he decided to try to break free from it. Within a few seconds, Kaisho was able to break free with a little effort; a sign that the energy used to create it was not enough. He tried again, and the same thing occurred. Kaisho was finding self-tutoring rather baffling at this point, trying repeatedly to improve, but not having much of an effect.

After a few hours of trying, Kaisho felt tired. He had used about a hundred or so Hainawa’s, and his wrists ached from breaking free so many times. Kaisho realised that it was time for a different angle of practice. He thought about it, and thought that maybe some visualisation tactics would help somewhat. Before he tried this out, though, he thought it was time to have some food to replenish the energy he lost. Pulling a large box of meat buns and rice cakes from his bag, he proceeded to eat, sipping on a small bottle of sake that he fumbled out of the bag too.

Kazuki entered the Kido training grounds, excited because he thought that during his time in the Academy he had a high score when it comes to Kido and is already well versed with the 39 different kido's there are. So he step in the training ground and was preparing for enemies to start spawning to attack him. After a few second of waiting, 5 monsters appeared before him and is prepping to attack him, so he took his stance
"Come on" he muttered, after a few moments of stand still the monsters started attacking, so Kazuki started running towards them
"I'll have to attack them one by one if I want to win this" He said.

3 monsters jump in the sky and was about to hit Kazuki but he dodged it and cast "Bakudo No.26 Kyakko" Kazuki's presence then dissapears along with his reiatsu allowing the monsters to be confused by his dissapearance, but out of nowhere Kazuki was in the back of the 3 monsters that was attacking him and cast "Hado No.31 Shakkahō" and he shoots at the 3 monsters, killing them instantly. But Kazuki using his Kido made his presence aware to the other mosnters which started going after him, as Kazuki was about to cast another spell the 2 monsters dissapear and suddenly appeared from both sides of Kazuki, which he was caught suprised and scratched him in the stomach, but he was able to dodge it to prevent further serious damage to him, so the 2 monsters attack again but Kazuki saw the other monster and cast "Bakudo No.30 Shitotsu Sansen" which shoots 3 beams of light which pin down the monster before he can dissapear, so Kazuki change his attention to the last monster that dissapeared.

As the last monster appeared Kazuki jumps and cast "Hado No.31 Shakkahō" which shot down the monster. After the monster was killed he shifts his gaze to the other monster that was pinned down by Kazuki's Bakudo No.30 spell, he approached it and raised a finger pointing at the monsters abdomen and cast "Hado No.4 Byakurai" which electricuted the monster then is dissintigrated.
After which Kazuki found a stool and sat down resting and looking at his small scratch and sighing at it..

Ceri walked onto the training grounds yawning and stretching. "Could I perhaps get some help?" he asked in a friendly tone and the best he could to imitate the language spoken here. He had absolutly no idea what to do here. He looked at everyone having no trouble with this 'kido' business... he didn't even know what the heck Kido even ment! Of course this would be expected of someone who's native tounge was Welsh and secondary tounge was English.

Kaisho had finished his meal, and as soon as he had done so, he decided to get under way with Kido practice. He recited silent words as he prepared for the second part of his training regime, his mind working on how to visualise the forming of reiatsu within his Hainawa. Again he colllected his stance and held his wrists slightly in front of him, dlosing his eyes and emphasising the wording of the spell intensely.

"Bakudo #4: Hainawa!" Kaisho said intensely.

The yellow rope flickered into being, swirling powerfully around his wrists with a firm grip, almost burning into Kaisho's skin as the Kido coiled. This time, the binding spell had moulded quite nicely, and when Kaisho tugged his wrists apart, he could feel the difference in tensile strength immediately. Breaking Hainawa came as more of a challenge too, as he would now have to try a good few minutes at a time to break free, usually fading away before he could actually break it.

It took focus, as well as energy and skill, to maintain Kido. Trying so hard to break the spell meant his focus was diverted elsewhere, discovering the problem of not being able to split his focus properly. Before Kaisho could get any closer to solving this problem, despite practicing for hours on just this one spell, night began to draw in.

Kaisho decided enough was enough that day, as he grabbed his belongings and his Zanpakuto. At his wazikashi, he stared... a faint feeling of yearning in his heart. He longed to learn the name of his Zanpakuto, eager to see the spirit and the powers that lie dormant for him to share. However, that faint yearning sharply followed with the fact that he was not truly ready for their encounter, not yet at least.

"Hopefully I can sharpen up my Kido before we finally meet, dear Zanpakuto..." He whispered as he tied it tangent to his obi sash.

With everything he had taken with him, Kaisho made his way back to the Squad 7 barracks, planning tomorrow's honing session as he walked steadily.

After a peaceful night of sleep, Kaisho returned to the Kido training grounds to work on his spells. He wanted to practice once more on his Hainawa before he moved onto something else. He limbered up before training, and practiced his reishi gathering by performing Byakurai, shooting it high into the air without use of an incantation or name. As expected, it was extremely weak, but this was purely a warm up to get his spiritual energy circulating nicely. Kaisho did this a few times, each getting more powerful, but always significantly weaker than with the announcement of its name at least.

Once Kaisho had satisfied himself in the warm up, he focussed his mind on one more attempt at Hainawa. He resumed the position he took from yesterday and recited the name of the binding spell clearly, though not closing his eyes this time. Soon, Hainawa began its formation and wrapped around Kaisho's wrists, binding them in place.

His mind mulled over how he would break free of this, as it was clear that strength alone was never enough, especially in Kaisho's case. He thoguht back to his seating battle with Aizakku, and realised that he used a burst of reiatsu to break the same Kido spell. With that in mind, Kaisho tried to gather reiatsu around his wrists. However, gathering reiatsu around a specific point rather than a full-body emission was difficult enough, but after an hour or so of trial and error, managed to successfully break free... much to his relief.

"Well, that certainly was a challenge..." Kaisho said to himself, sweeping away beads of sweat from his brow. "Now onto something else."

((diverting from my chara personality for a moment))

Ceri cleared his throught and coughed at the same time to get someone's attention there. This was ment to be as loud, obnoxious, and or rude as possible. "Sorry to interupt--" Thats a obvious lie by the way, "-- But can I please get some help here?"

Kei entered the grounds and saw people who are training with all their best. Well... Some of them just talked to each other as they watch other comrades of them train. He looked around for a place to practice with.

"-- But can I please get some help here?" A boy said.

He was 5'6" of height; he was sure of it (He's good at height). Quite dark colored and had a fine jet black hair. He was obviously looking for someone to help him. Wll, Kei could but it was quite obvious that he (The boy) was more of a earlier here than him.

Kei took a sigh and shook his head. Oh boy...

Sarina strolled into the training area as a slight gust of picked up blowing her stray hairs into her face. "Ah!" She said annoyed as she wiped it from her face, and pouted for a couple seconds. Looking around she saw some targets, and people around deciding quickly she wanted to be alone at the moment she set off for a far away target. Whistling on the way she thought about what kidou to train, and decided as she reached the target.

Raising her right hand she pointed her index finger at the target. "Sorry mister target... Hadou number four, Byakurai!" Sarina said aloud as a bolt of blueish reiatsu burst forth from her fingertip. She smiled at the successful kidou, and saw the target bob back and forth from the impact. She had always been good at kidou and such, but was always looking to better herself.

Kuresentu walked on the field, spinning his drumsticks. He took a deep breath and began practicing his kido. He never had much liking for kido, but he decided to hone it anyway. He made several targets to aim his kido at. "Hado 4, Byakurai." The kido had made a hole in it, but the kido didn't go all the way through, which was expected. "Bakudo 1, Sai." He paralyzed himself to see how much effort he needed to break the kido. He broke it with ease, making it clear that he needed more practice. He decided to go elsewhere, putting his headphones on as he went away.

Sarina decided to continue to work on her Byakurai on the target. She focused on the target while raising her index finger once more. "Byakurai..." She said calmly as a slightly wider than usual bolt of reiatsu burst forth, but it wasn't as stable as most. The beam looked erratic, and like it may explode at any moment. The Byakurai hit the ground a little ways away from the target.

"Shoot..." Sarina pouted to herself determined to hit the target with on the name. "Hadou number four... Byakurai!" She thought the first part to herself, and let the kidou fire from her index finger. The kidou seemed much more stable this time, and decided the kidou worked better when she at least thought it. It slammed into the target with good accuracy, but it was better than the last. Sarina smiled to herself at the accomplishment as she readied her finger for the next.

Kei took a long sigh before approaching a target dummy. He looked at it with great focus. He thought of the words and the number. Yes, he remembers them perfectly. He closed his eyes and relaxed his Reiatsu (Or his mind also).

He slowly raised his hands and pointed his index finger at the dummy. He was unusually distracted. He had never been good at swordplay so he needed to know a lot of Kido as compensation for it. Well, he did not know a lot of Kido but he is in the 4th Squad afterall, which in fact, must be good at it (To his opinion).

He pulled his breath. "Hado #4, Byakurai!" He said in a strong tone.

His reiatsu crawled to his arms and then felt it reach his index finger. Then, with a short surge of reiatsu, a strong pale light emenated from the tip. The lightning immediately flew but did not hit its target.

Sarina focused her reiatsu into her index finger, and aimed at the target's head. "Byakurai!" She shouted as the kidou shot out in an unstable burst, and knocked a small chunk of the target's shoulder off. The beam was more stable this time, but still not quite combat worthy. She raised her finger again, and focused more trying to find a good certain point within her mind fixating a strong dedication. "Byakurai!" She shouted once more with full focus on the kidou, and not where she was aiming.

A clean hole was created through the target's forehead, and Sarina gave a great smile. She hadn't exactly hit where she was aiming on the head, but the beam was solid this time. This made her very proud and she put all of her willpower into remembering that state of mind for later use. She decided to try a different kidou the next time to see if she could get the same results. It was time to experiment some more.

Kei concentrated and took another focused look at the dummy. He was upset. He was upset that he didn't hit it. It bothered him greatly that he was losing his composure. But, he took deep breaths and then concentrated.

He raised his right hand and pointed his index finger straight at the dummy. He thought of the words. Perfect. He thought of the number. Perfect. He recited the incantation in his mind. Done. Now, all that is left would be saying it out loud and then a focus of reiatsu.

"Hado #4, Byakurai!" He said out loud. Suddenly, a bright flash emanated from the tip of his finger and shot a strong surge of reiatsu to the dummy. The light immediately hit the target at its head, blowing off the whole the segment.

I was aiming for the chest.

Sarina brought up her palm aiming at the dummy, and focused her reiatsu into her palm. "Hadou number one..." She thought to herself finding the place she had felt earlier, and concentrated there. "Thrust!" She shouted as a blast of reiatsu flew outward, and the dummy rocked savagely back and forth. Smiling a little thinking to herself. "Well, it wasn't perfect but it worked... I just have to concentrate harder... Find that place..." She drifted slowly into her mind she found that deep concentration perfectly, that spot she had found before. "Thrust!" She shouted as her reiatsu burst forth sending the dummy flying.

Kei's patience burst out. He couldn't focus and he didn't know why. So, he raised his hand again and tried his best concentrating. He pointed his finger at th dummy and thought of the incantation.

"Now... Hado #4, Byakurai!" He yelled and a burst of reiatsu came out of his finger.

And the next moment he saw was that the dummy's body formed a small circle in it. He took a sigh and sat down. He never thought it would be that complicated. Things were much easier in the academy.
