Tenrai thought that now was as good of a time as any to introduce himself. He walked to stand beside the map table in the middle of the room, almost stepping on the man on the floor on accident. He stumbled over the man and took only a second to look down and appologize. Tenrai then stated, "I am Tenrai Musha, 7th seat of Squad 11." there Tenrai took a moments pause before continuing, "My specialty is fire. I have a question to ask. Does anyone actually know where the arrancar is right now?" Tenrai finished, looking around the room and making eye contact with everyone standing near him.

Oath rubbed his eyes as Kuraime introduced herself, and then slowly fell asleep. Even though he was 13, he still needed his rest. Even though he didn't want to sleep, it just occasionally happens. Eventually, he woke up, when someone said sorry as they almost tripped on him. He opened his eyes, and looked around at his surroundings. Soon, he remembered where he was, and quickly got up. He leaned against the wall again, and started to whistle, until someone said anything.

He heard the new person speak, and he turned toward the direction that it was coming from. He saw a man that was pretty much frowning, and tried to guess what he was thinking. "Does he have his panties in a knot or something?" He wondered. He listened to the man speak, and then bow to everyone. Since no one else was saying their abilities, he decided that he would say something. "I control water. Basically,"

"Hm, we came here, in response to the arrancar invasion, Lieutenant. Basically, this is what happens when there's eager souls, but none to lead them. Temporarily at least, for I understand our captains are occupied with one thing or another." Slash said to Yamoto, who had just entered.

"No sir, we're all just really anxious to see what the responsive actions to this were going to be. Honestly, I just arrived before everyone else did, so if there is something strange they know about, I do not know of it myself. I am just trying to keep up with what is happening." with that, Slash stepped closer to Yamoto.
"Which brings me to question your sources. I thought there were still espada here, as well as other arrancar still."

Tenrai stepped towards Slash and Yamoto. "I think that we need to go to Las Noches and do a little damage. Maybe we should just make sure that there aren't any left to deal with in the future." said Tenrai sliding his hand down to his zanpakto hilt. "I think now would be the best time to attack since they really won't be expecting it. Unless I am missing some information too." Tenrai finished.

Akira choose to let slash explain their call to action to Yamoto, but he seemed to be oddly of over relaxed about this current crisis. It's either he wasn't clearly informed or communication in the Seireitei had dropped to a bare minimum; there were battles amongst our own as well as many other with sperattic Arrancar attacks. The gorilla war fare of the enemy could whittle down our numbers and leave them the chance to control the war it self. Akira stepped away from Kuraime to face Yamato with a wide smirk which reeked of an odd erie aura. "The Arrancar treat is obviously being taken to lightly here, they may have a similar ranking system as use but their actual abilities differ quite a bit from what a position may suggest. This is definitely more true with Arrancar than shinigami. Reports all over have declared missing captains and ones that are tied up in so many fights that they can't pin point all Espada."

Akira too a deep puff of his pipe before continuing his brief filler. " They are playing at a Gorilla war Fare tactic whittling use down and running before any serious damage comes to their own forces...Haven't you noticed this in battle, any of you." Akira looked around the room to see the reaction on his fellow shinigami's faces."Well with my time on earth Triox himself made appearances to cut the fun of his boss hogs a few times and placed them where he wished randomly . They may have a goal but fighting just to fight is a waste of energy. I know this due to my little interaction with one. His name from what I hear is Hawk and he was quite the polite individual. He faced me in the 'Mad Mans Bar', yet we didn't fight. We just had a few shots. He wanted to question me but he left before an answer, why?"

Akira made his way to a hollow map to pull up an over view of the Seireitei. "He's not trying to pull any fierce force to any one spot.Maybe a vice and a few seats bellow but as soon as to captains come into scope it's a done deal, a retreat and regroup of their forces occurs. People we are playing into their trap with or pride and fighting hearts.We need o think a bit before we chase. Yet as Yamoto has proven communications are poor. If we keep spreading around like this and receiving small injury upon another we can find our selves on the losing end of this war."

Leaning against the table which projected the hollow map Akira turned back towards the whole lot of them to see if they had any questions or information to add. Looking over to Layla Akira scowled again and asked, "quesions anyone, or do we really want to fight useless battles to lose the damn war?" Though Akira was scowling he said this in a sarcastic tone.

Torsin walked over to the group talking and decided to join in."Well if you die before you can get your revenge then it has no meaning we need to get stronger, and we need more defense if we are to continue this war with them."He said to Tenrai."I do know the feeling of wanting revenge,but the way we need to go about it is learn more about are enemy, and each of there individual powers before we attack if we just go in there to fight them without the right knowledge it would be suicide."Torsin said with a bit of anger in his voice.

Akira looked over to Razil and nodded in agreement, well for the most part." Razil you are right, we do need to regroup but we can't just abandon our post. We have to cut the rouge behavior out there as soon as possible. As tempting as revenge my sound we need our heads in the game as well as our hearts. I believe that no one shinigami besides a captain should face any one Arrancar at a time. The abilities of said Arrancar can escape the range your abilities alone can handle. Also if we do this right our field recovery should jump up a bit." Akira brushed his hair back as adjusted himself a bit. He was getting the feeling that the passions of the people around him were building from just his words.

Akiras intention wasn't to start an argument or bring down the hopes of his comrades but to get them to focus on a more effective response to the fight. Of course he wasn't a hundred percent on how it would go over, but it was worth mentioning what he knew. since those who he believed to know some more information were staying quite. Which in his mind at this point hurt them more than any little squabble. "Well we still need a full report people, so speak up. We may not get to many chances in the near future to talk like this. Also to add to the note of the Arcanians, we need to leave that issue to those who have already taking up the fight and advise them of exterior influences on their battle. Our battle is with the Arrancar first. No War in history that was fought on two main fronts has ever succeeded. This is my prevailing point, so in other word it's Las Noches or bust here folks..." Akira chuckled a bit as to realize the statement he made in cosigning what he seemed to be against. "...Well taking it to them would put some advantage as to say less damage on the home front."
