Layna blinked her grey eyes at the man. His voice sounded so kindly in her ears. A promise... "You did not lie...." She murmured, slowly nodding her head. "Thank you...for not leaving me back there...." She whispered, speaking of all the times something horrible had happened and she had no one to turn to.

At the knock, Layna let out a soft squeak and grabbed the blanket from beneath her to wrap around herself. Since Razu didn't seem to want to answer, she let out a soft yell, "Come in, it should be open!" She said.

" Why did you leave me alone with Ceon's body?! And with all people around Veroen?" Konstantin yelled. " Oh and thankyou for shouting to let me come in ma'am."

Layna wrapped the blanket tightly around herself, staring at the person, her face passive, but her eyes wide. She wasn't sure about anything at the moment. Gabriel sat in front of her, a little white wolf pup with his small teeth bared.

Razu sighed and introduced them,"Layna this is Konstantin. Konstantin this is Layna and her son Gabriel." He informed Kon,"Hey Kon. First Ceon is still alive. Layna. Kon has been my ...friend? Since shortly after I came to the U.S.A."

Konstantin screamed and said," You mean I buried a person who was still alive?!!!!" Konstantin sat down to get a better look at the pup. "Hello Gabriel my name is Konstantin." he said with a warm smile. "Nice to meet you Layna. You have a very handsome son." Kon said looking at her eyes trying to read them.

Layna blinked, and lowered her eyes, her face rather blank. She still felt like screaming until there was no breath in her lungs. But, what was the point? She gently wrapped her arms around her son as he turned into the child he was. "Kon...stay...tin?" He sounded out, trying to get the name right. He looked up at Razu, and raised his arms, his eyes bright. "Ra ra! Daddy!" He squealed happily. Layna face turned pale white at this, as her memories retreated inward.

Kon looked at Razu with a shocked expression. "Gabe you can just call me Kon." He said with a warm smile. He ruffled Gabe's hair and stared at Razu.

Layna raised her eyes once more, pain hidden behind them. Her heart felt raw, and she couldn't help the tears that gathered in them. She slowly nodded, giving him the alright for such a thing. Gabriel giggled. "Kon! Kon!" He squealed, his hands smacking his mother's arms lightly in his childish glee.

"I didn't know if she could come in. So she's basically a watch panther." Kon said with a shrug. "Do you want her to come in?" He asked. He shot a big smile at Gabe.
