Rin didn't answer as the Matt mentioned Lexxy's gender to her. But wan't Lexxy a girl name, and she was wearing a dress? Not once had-
But wait; Crystal avoiding saying the word "she". Ahhhh, that made sense. The girl merely nodded to the group before heading over to the cafeteria picnic area, not saying anything. She was in a strange mood; it was as if her patience of everyone had been used up, and she was starting not to tolerate arrogance and crud like that. Ken was annoying her, Andy was annoying her, Matt was actually starting to slightly annoy her.
Mabye she'd have better luck befriending the other girls, which right now was only Lizzie, who too was silent.
Ken could sense Rin's sudden mood shift, and wasn't sure what to do. Mainly because she'd never acted liket that before. If was as if........she was running out of tolerance. He merely followed at a distance the ones that were going to get food.
He was sort of embarassed for Rin's stomach going off like that, but he only had himself to blame; he was in such a hurry to get her there that they didn't stop for lunch of snacks, so maybe that was why she was angry. An empty stomach.

Matt slowed down senseing Rin's sudden mood change. Ken's following from a distance she's probably annoied. Matt stood beside Rin and nudged her in the shoulder. "If I'm bothing you, you can tell me.. And if I am I'm terribly sorry Rin.." He stopped whispering and stood up stright. Waiting for her to either, get mad at him and possible hurt him. Or for her to ignor him..

To the normal bored kid in the backseat of every car that traveled through this picturesque land, all mountains looked like the ones before and after. Sure, the lakes were clear. Yes, the sky was the most amazing shade of blue. Seen one, seen 'em all. Not for the girl perched on the edge of her seat in a jet-black government Bentley. Her eyes were wide and watering as she stared at the passing scenery, although the latter adjective could be attributed to the fact that her head was currently all the way out of the window, as were her shoulders and hands. She was so far out, almost, that a single pothole would most likely have her scraping the road with her forehead... that is, if she was a normal girl. "Miss Asakura, it would be a lot easier for us if you actually stayed inside the vehicle at all times..." The driver intoned, eyes trained on the road. The girl groaned and shook her wild hair that broke free from her clips away from her eyes. "But sir, I've never seen such landscape as this-! I want to drink it aaaaaall up, it would taste like an Elixir~!" "You'll have plenty of time to do that once we reach the designated area." Asakura slid back into the car. "You keep saying that... what do you mean? It gives me the heeby-jeebies, really." The girl folded her arms over her baggy shirt and crossed her legs on the seat. "Patience is a-" "It's not a virtue, it's- it's- aughh, it's waiting!" Asakura punched the seat with a hand, almost ripping the leather. "How the lab dealt with you, I don't know..." "Oh, now that was a cheap shot!" And so the car drove on. {Enact transition: Time skip. Car is now at gates.} The gravel underneath thick tires crunched like stale popcorn at a movie theater as the Bentley rolled up to the entrance to the camp. The driver got out, adjusting his immaculate suit and opaque black glasses, then checked the back seat. His charge, having treated him to the silent treatment for the last half-hour, had fallen over and fallen asleep, hair fanning out over the seats and over the edges. He groaned, opened the door and nudged Asakura with a single finger. She mumbled in her sleep and promptly rolled off the seat. Her head popped up between the seats, eyes wide and red-rimmed with sleep. "It wasn't-!" "We're here." "... oh..." Asakura struggled up from the gap, expelling herself from the car's grasp, and stretched out her muscles. "Uuuuwaaahhh what a ride... eesh..." "Your stuff is in the back. Take it and the letter, and go to the main building over there." The driver instructed. Once Asakura had taken her things, a single case and a messenger back, from the boot, he drove off, leaving her alone. How a girl like her could be a potential weapon is beyond me... The man mused, watching the orange-headed girl in his rear view mirror as she stared at the sky.

Crystal looked about as the kids began to head to the cafeteria. Hearing the sound of a car door slam in the distance, the staff member realized it might be a new face. "Oh, sounds like another one! Ah, Lexxy, you can either just sit your stuff in the dorms and come back, or you can unpack before you eat too. Either way, the dorms are down that path, then take a right; you can't miss it. I'll be back shortly!" She called out the last sentence to them, before running back out to the entrance.
Where the heck is the rest of the crew? They purposely left me to be the welcome wagon, didn't they? DARN IT BENNY, you're in charge of the boys! You're supposed to be here too, not just me and a cook in the distance......she thoguht with a sigh as she made it to the parking lot.
As she made it, she looked at teh girl their in curiousity; this was the part-lab girl that was mentioned before, though the name left Crystal at the moment. The girl was looking up at the sky in great interest; such innocence, and yet not. It was sad if one knew some of the details behind it, but eitehr way she shoved it out of her mind as she made her way to the girl carefully, as not to scare her. She was so concentrated on the sky, which was showing early signs of a sunset.
"Eh, excuse me miss, you ok?" she asked the girl, making sure she wasn't sick or something.
"Don't apologize; it's nothing of your concern. Don't worry about it." Rin answered in a monotone voice, not sure still why she was angery. Well, she had plenty of reasons TO be, but not one particular reason crossed her mind. Strange.
As they made it to the cafeteria and around the back, they saw a man back there waiting for them, the food set out on tables. The man himself was in his mid to late 20s, slightly chubby with short brown hair. He looked up at the group and grinned.
"About time you guys got here; come eat up, it's nice and hot!" the man called, watching as everyoen got in line. "I'm your cook for the summer, Mark. If you have any food allergies, PLEASE let me know today, so I won't get you sick by mistake!" he added.
Ken was happy to finally see another cheery face; the cook seemed full of energy, as well as Crystal. They both seemed like they could be of help in the long run. Well, he hoped.

"Hhhhmmm... the air tastes so good around here..." Asakura sighed through the letter she held clasped between her teeth, head tilted back and eyes half-shut in some form of rapture; in this state, she focused on only a few things, whilst slightly more important stuff, like people talking to her, were blocked out. The bag and case slid from her grasp to fall to ground as she spread her arms wide, palms up to thank the sky above. A breeze stirred the trees, needles whispering together like muted applause, throwing the girl's hair over her shoulders and around her head like some wierd kind of flame halo. Asakura snapped out of her reverie and snapped a hairband off her wrist, attempting to tie back her explosive hair. In this sudden attention switch, the letter escaped her grip and began to flit away like a square white butterfly. Asakura stopped her obviously Herculean task to chase the paper over the drive, hands above her head as if begging it to return. As it rose high above her head, most people would have signed it off as a hopeless case, but not this girl. Her knees bent slightly, she brought her hands to her sides, seeming to build power, and then she took off, leaping up into the air with a wierd whirring noise. As her fingers brushed against the paper, she gripped it tight and landed neatly on the gravel. "Haaaa..." Asakura sighed softly, standing up. "Close one." She remarked to the air, rubbing the back of her head with an embarassed smile. She trotted over to her things that lay discarded on the gravel, then looked up at the woman that stood there. "W-where you... talking to me...?" Asakura asked, eyes wide.

"Er... hi?" He cleared his throat. "Hi," He said again, waving back at Andy. "S'nice to meet you. You can just, you know, call me Lexxy, or if you're feeling like you need to be particularly original, Alex works too. None of this full name junk." Lexxy smiled and turned to go to the dorms to drop off his stuff. {( Ahh, short post, I'm sorry~! ;-; Writing essays for my exams has sucked me dry. )}

Crystal watched the entire scene with interest as the girl seemed to want to be part of nature herself. Arms outstrecthed, bags dropped, and head up in the sky, the girl seemed to really be enjoying the gift of nature. As the breeze came by and blowed the girl's hair all about, it was a interesting sight to behold.
But apparently, Crystal had not seen the end of the show here. Also as the wind blew and the girl went to tie back her hair, the welcome letter slipped out of her grasp and began to float away, the girl chasing after it. As it got too high to catch, the girl suddenly leaped into the air, a weird whirrling-like noise taking effect. She had actually caught the letter though, making her jump a success, and she fell on teh ground.
It wasn't until the girl came back for her bags did she finally notice Crystal appeared. She looked embarassed, but Crystal didn't want her to feel that way.
"Oh no, just got here a moment ago; glad to see you're enjoying the weather though. You'll like it here; nice and peaceful area." she nodded. "I'm Crystal, one of the staff members (you can usuallyt tell cause we're older and have nifty shirts.....) of the camp. Just heard a car drive away and figured we got another camper. So, welcome!" she added the last phrase as a hyper one, her arms also spread wide.

"I-Is it always this beautiful?" Asakura queried, eyes wide and hands clasped. The evening light caught the flat grey of her irises, making them glint like mercury. For one so used to a sterile, labratory life where the only light was the harsh, neon striplights that reflected of sharp objects worryingly used for probing, the thought that such beauty, such a soft glow could exist. From her expression, the way her cheeks lit up in red and her breath was sharp, it almost looked as if she was in love. Her head flipped from side to side as she tried to take it all in at once, but she stopped suddenly, feeling an acute sense of embarassment again. "I'm s-sorry, I just- it's so beautiful- I-" She stopped herself before her train of thought ran off into a golden sunset. "Aah, where are my manners..." She bowed. "I am Shouhiro Asakura," The girl murmured, using the Japanese style of putting her last name before her first. "Pleased to make your acquaintance."

"Hm? Well, it rains here sometimes, but overall it usually stays free of smoke and pollution, so you could say that. But scenery wise, I too was amazed by how nice it is here. Being a city girl myself, it was rare to find trees other than in a official park area, so this was a nice change." Crystal nodded in agreement. However, she could never imagine what this girl had gone through for hte past few years; a life in a cold dark lab....
But as the girl introduced herself uber-Japan-style, Crystal tried the bow out for herself as well, in a return greeting as not to offend her. "Nice to meet ya, Asakura!
Well, we can either just drop your things off at your dorm and then you can join the others at dinner and unpack later, or you can take some time to unpack first. We're waiting for more people to show up, so chances are we'll be very lazy today and take it slow. It's up to you; what do you wanna do? If you've got any questions, let me know as well. I'm in charge of the girl's dorm, the first one, which is where you're staying." she nodded.
As Rin got to her turn in line, it was obvious that she was hungry. Fixing two hamburgers (since Mark had asked them to at least eat two, since they need energy) with all the fixings in each, a large slab of mash potatoes, and some salad and soda, she made her way quietly to a seat at a empty table. Trying to be danity but failing all the same, she took a bite into the hamburger, letting the juices and savory taste fill her tastebuds, and hopefully in the long run her stomach. It was very good though, and she continued to eat, her one eye on the food.
Ken also got food while in line, although in slightly smaller portions but still pretty close. After all though, he was a man, who had a botttomless pit for a stomach sometimes, so lots of food was normal. He felt kind of guilty that he didn't stop for food or snacks for Rin, but she had never said anything.
That was another issue with her; she never spoke up for herself sometimes. It just bottles up inside til she bursts, which is dangerous and not healthy at all. He sat opposite of her, wondering if she'd speak (well, once she actually swallowed that bite, of course).

"Lexxy it is then!" Andy's cheerful smile got wider. " I take it you probably want me to quit bugging you so you can un-pack.. So I'll see you later...at dinner around camp...In our doorm..." Andy waved goodbye as he joined the food line. Grabbing two burgurs with nothing but cheese on them.
Matt grabbed some salad and scanned the area. Where to sit, was his only qustion. He didn't want to annoy Rin or Ken.. So he sat down at an empty table. He picked at his food, moving his salad to his burgur and slipping out the meat. ((Vegan)) Something wasn't quite right. He took a bite then pushed his food aside. Resting his head on the table
Andy sat down beside Ken and waved excitedly. "Hi Ken, hi Rin."

Kalli wasn't exactly sure where to sit. She was holding a vegan burger (just to be different, she loved meat though) and a regular one. Both had only ketchup on them. She decided not to sit at the overly populated tables (More than one other person), so she moved to sit with Matt. She smiled weakly at him, then began to eat. The vegan burger tasted pretty good, as did the meat one. She kept her eyes low, not saying a word to the boy.

Asakura was still quite concious of rain; being what she was, unprepared bouts with water were never really too good with her. Nonetheless, such hypothetical ideas would not rust her merry parade! She was delighted that the councellor could understand the way she introduced herself; many people she had met on her boxy (literally- she had been chloroformed and packed in a box) journey here ended up calling her 'Shouhiro', which got a little irritating at times. It took a bit of learning to wean her off honorifics, but now she could refer to someone by their name alone without hesitation. She grinned widely. "I think I'll deal with my stuff at the moment- I don't have much of it, you see," The girl lifted her singular luggage with one hand, shrugging somewhat. "So it'd be easy. Aah!" She paused, and untangled the crumpled letter from her fingers, handing it over. "I think I was supposed to give this to you." The letter itself had a very official feel to it; good quality paper, a seal, typed writing. Inside, the message was simple and straight-forward.
Dear Councellor, As explained before in the previous letter, this is Anomaly #354, commonly referred to as Asakura Shouhiro. She was found in an illegal Japanese lab a month ago, and we transfer her temporarily into your care whilst we decide what to do with her. She appears to have mechanical parts and is potentially extremely dangerous, so do not trust and take caution when dealing with her. The letter went on to outline basic caring procedures; how her circuts, on her wrists, ankles and between the eyes should always be kept waterproof, how a good supply of WD 40 was needed, and basic dietary requirements such as a surplus of iron- therefore, red meat and dark vegetables. The letter ended: Should any problems arise, do not hesitate to shut down her system by pressing the button on her right wrist under the switch labelled: 'For Emergencies'. Thank you, and good luck.
***** *********, Head of Anomaly Security
This seemed at contradictions to the happy-go-lucky teenager that had bounded away towards the dorms block, messenger bag swinging and clinking.

((I'm confused, what happend to Lizzy?))
He herd a sudden thud, someone had joined him. He looked up and saw a girl eating meat. He slid away a bit. "Not that I don't want you sitting with me Miss. But I can't stand to watch people eating me...I haven't seen it for awhile so I may get a bit squiemesh, just warning you...That I'm honestly not trying to be rude to you... Oh I'm Matt by the way, and you are?"

((I checked her name sweatdrop Its actually Kalli. Sorry)) She flushed, setting the real burger aside. She didn't really see the difference between the vegan burger and the meat one... "Kalliope..." she murmured, not meeting his gaze. She wanted to ask how he could tell the difference. "Erm... they look almost the same." she poked the vegan burger, and her fedora slid over her eyes.

"Yeah, I can only tell because one is darker then the other..And also, because I got a regular burgur and put my salad on it... Sorry if I'm bugging you...I didn't mean to sound rude about it...Or anything.." Matt kept stammering on, and on, and on..
"Who died, your both so quite.." Andy got the feelign one of them would answer the qustion so he added. "Ritorical qustion."
