"Gods above, this is not good." Angel was mumbling. There was a bead of sweat forming on her brow. She heard opaj call out to them from behind, but this Spooky character kept advancing and not letting off the trigger. At this point she was afraid to let the shield down, but it was getting considerably weaker.
She had just called out to Gaby as she ran off to opaj. "********!" She had a plan, but with Gaby not by her side it'd never work. Moving quickly, she started to run towards the way opaj had called, even after her shield would drop, and when it did she would be zig zagging while ducking like no other if Spooky was following behind them.

When Angel was close enough to her, Gaby dropped the barrell of water and used the water to create a shield in front of her. If those people kept following them, she would soak their guns and hope they stopped working. It was a gamble, but it could work.

Colin would chuckle at the sight of the three running, ready to reload in a few more rounds. As he neared the barrier, Colin would wait for Spooky, since he had the most firepower and know how of how to ******** people up.

Spooky grinned when the final shield winked out of existence, and mentally he recounted several different battlefield equations:
All of them were hit in some manner. He had severely weakened two of them by his guess; either from the wounds or making them expend a lot energy to keep up those barriers under his barrage. The soldier waved his hand to usher the other man to cease fire and be silent. He had four bursts left in the current magazine, which in turn meant twelve rounds. Spooky knew they were gone, but not... truly gone. He quickly rushed on ahead, staring down at the water several strides ahead of himself for two very important things.
Vibrations in the water running along the bottom of the pipe, and blood of the three he had shot. He'd probably find both and then would simply follow after them silently and wickedly. They were dealing with an immortal soldier armed to the teeth, and currently suffering from a bout of PTSD that set him in Vietnam (hence the gook comment earlier) things were not looking good for the ones running from the insanity.

Throughout the city, the people of Frostschild were coming home. Men, women, and children, knocked out of reality by a magical punch no one saw coming, were being nudged back into existence by the very same force. Eating, sleeping, shopping, working, they had been going about their lives, and to them no time had passed at all. Still, something was not right.
They were changed.
Metal. Jagged. Screaming and shrieking with inhuman voices, they returned skeletons of their former selves, grim visages of decayed bodies animated through the fusion of magic and robotics. They would go about their daily lives, clumsy brutal mockeries of what they once were, but lacking in human comprehension or understanding.
That is, until they saw someone alive, someone unchanged, someone who was still human. They turned on these people, watched them. Approached slowly, cautiously, sizing up the strange being. They would clang their metal teeth together threateningly, stretch out their claw-like fingers, and then...
...they would attack.

Angel's heart was beating so quickly that it felt like it was lodged in her throat, along with bile. It had been a long time since she'd been getting gunfire loaded on her without someone to help protect them more. Another bullet hit her arm, making her stumble. She thought for sure this was going to be it, but she wasn't going to go down without a fight.
She decided to take a chance. She casted a spell, confound enemies, which would obscure them from the people shooting at them, making it very difficult for them to hit them when they could see none of them and have a place to aim. It would even protect them from these men, women, and children of Frostschild, but it would only last for five minutes. Of course, she would continue to move forward even if she was injured.

The shuffling of a single skeleton could be heard echoing down the corridor opaj and company had ducked into.
opaj glanced back, sheathing Raitoh and drawing Utoh in his good arm in a flash. Were they surrounded?

"b*****d..."
Even if it happened just a few minutes ago, Chen's right shoulder bled from the stab he took from that moron of an ally. He was going to arrest him if he ever saw him again, but for now, he needed to make it to the exit that heads out into the water plant. With a bandage applied around the wounded area from his medical kit, he continues toward the water plant exit. Little did he know that something awaited him.

A single skeleton had made its way into the sewers from upstairs, and was slowly shuffling forward when Chen rounded the corner.
It stopped shuffling. Surveying the man for a moment, it broke into a run for him, shrieking its terrible metal shriek.

A NEW CHALLENGER APPEARS!
Chen, was an unfortunate b*****d. He had appeared out of seemingly nowhere, in the midst of a gun fight he didn't even seem to be aware of. Now to the hallucinating Spooky; who thought he was in Vietnam, the man of Asian descent was not going to have the best odds of living. Just due to his race alone. The other people whom he had been shooting at, had disappeared, to him in a cloud of light which was interpreted as Napalm from an air strike. Spooky was freaking the hell out, and the more manic and trigger happy version of the soldier began to appear. He started shooting blindly down the tunnel where the lone VC, tunnel digger, etc. was at. The repeated three round bursts from his M4 (to him an M16) began to drain the magazine. Spooky stood while he did this and fired from the hip, as the other three went down the fork in the tunnel that he wasn't completely conscious of beyond the bright light disappearing.

Wavy, hazy, cloudy, ******** up, dancy lines and shapes are what slapped Colin across the corneas. Colors twisted into each other like desperate French whores, leaving only faceless shadows to shoot at.
Now, because he knew where Spooky was, Colin let out a few more bursts at the running shadows before ceasing. He was running out of ammo, and knew that once he was spent, he would be as useful as a Godqueen outside of a Unity field.
Not that he knew anything about Godqueens...
Lowering the gun, Colin would fold the stock on his MP5 in, allowing for less hindrance as he followed the soldier before him.
As he got closer, his RAEG sense started tingling.
Spooky didn't look happy, nor did he sound okay. Firing shoots into the swath of s**t-o-VISION that was what Colin could see, he could only imagine that Spooky was probably having the same problem.
Though his symptoms weren't causing screams or frustration.
FOOM
From behind, Colin would hear the screeching of metal in pain. Resisting the urge to call back, Colin would flip on the safety and head towards Spooky.
Soldier, come on!
Gripping the left shoulder of his ACU, Colin would drag him towards the fading blur of white that had seemed to vanish into thin air.

"Huh....what the...." Chen could not believe his eyes. Something metallic, evident by how the light reflected against its bones, if you were to call them that, and bony, with that description already fulfilled, rushes at him. "The hell's that thing," he says, looking to the right at the wall. Quickly rushing at it, he leaps, having his feet hit the pipes, running along it in a little wall run, passing right over the skeleton. Not exactly "over" him, but moreso traveling in this way to evade it. It was then that a line of fire strike at the corner of where they met, showing that someone was just firing at where Chen was previously at. And that gunfire caught his ears. With a kick off, he flips back toward the ground and turns around to face this thing, only for his memory to kick him. R66-Y THUMP. THUMP. THUMP. The dust of the explosions settles, the good thing about RPGs is even though there were five of them it didn't last too long. THUMP. THUMP. TEAR. And the hatch blows open. One figure, first... Then a second.... Then a third. Each one had the skeletal appearance reseambalance of a decayed human corpse. Though it quickly became apparent that they were not zombies, but rather they were made of a metallic material. Looked simple and rough, likey iron or something simple like that. And they climbed out of the hatch. That's where he remembered that thing from! "Damn..." Deciding he'll deal with this thing when he could recover, he turns and rushes for the exit. Gunfire + metallic zombie equaled not good. He could probably deal with it as he was, but he needed to place a few things together first mentally.

"Lieutenant Dan!?"
Spooky shouted as he turned to look at Colin, Spooky stopped firing suddenly and reloaded his rifle while staring at the other man. The soldier continued to trip many-a-balls from the PTSD, and his face was twisted into a look of confusion. Before he had anything else to input to the conversation, the soldier was being dragged along. He began to calm down, seeing a "familiar" face in the heat of battle. It was going to be very strange when the Vietnam era Spooky wore off and the regular one came back. He left the empty PMAG behind as they walked along at a somewhat brisk pace.
"Where'd they go Lt. Dan?!"

The creature spun around a moment too late to keep up with Chen. It was reasonably fast, but seemed to lack a decent reaction time. It would chase after Chen, but would probably not be able to catch up to him. Thus, it would follow him through the exit if it came to that.
----
opaj turned and ran in the other direction, down the side-corridor that he and his allies had dived into to avoid gunfire. They could stand their ground later, but for now they needed to regroup (see: get out of stealth mode). On their way, they would run past a robo-skeleton, ignoring it.
It would chase after them.
