*Hovers in the doorway, torn between being a man and going to sit down (On the couch of course, not on Gilderoy's lap) or copping out and going to get one of the kids, either of whom he was sure would sufficiently keep Gilderoy and Poppy busy until the food was done*
*Sighs, entering the sitting room*
.... how much paperwork is there, Madame? *Takes a seat on the same couch Poppy is on, since the table WAS much too large for him to sit opposite and lean across to do it... so it was much more practical to sit by Poppy*
*Thinks about lying, but decides lying as little as possible is likely to be the best option... then again, saying anything less than Gilderoy expected might cause him to throw a fit..... oh crap...*
...ah... *Looks up at Gilderoy, and combs his bangs down a bit* .... well, I have the kids. Adela and Godfrey. You... remember them, don't you? *Thinks about how horribly disappointed the kids will be if Gilderoy doesn't remember them, and hopes he does*

*Scowls at the lack of snuggling* Of course I remember! *Pauses, silently considering if he does indeed; recalls Godfrey's face from just after the potions accident and nods shortly to himself* Godfrey and Adela. Great scott, Harry, it's hardly been two weeks since I tossed them that grand birthday party - with the pink circus pony, I remember it vividly. *Referring to their seventh birthday party* Stop talking to me as though it's been years, it's getting quite old. *Frowns*

*Leans forward and picks up the first paper, not trusting enough of anyone to sign something without reading it first..... though he'd be happier to have Xeno with him to read things over better....... he had the odd, sneaking suspicion that Poppy might try something, though he had no real inking why.... *
Don't worry, Gilderoy. They haven't really changed much. *Grins a bit, finishing reading through the first paper, and switches it for the second*
*Glances up at Gilderoy*
They've just gotten a bit taller.

Oh. *Blinks* PAPA!
*Is across the room in a moment, jumps up on the couch next to Gilderoy and hugs him around the arm/chest, momentarily forgetting Gilderoy might not remember him, and things like that*

*Fidgets, not exactly sure what he's done to make Gilderoy glare at him gonk ....and he was being careful not to upset him, so they could at least get through Lunch pleasantly*
Hm? *Looks at Poppy, and then down at the paper, reading it over quickly, since he'd been distracted*
Oh! No... *Stands up, and goes over to a desk against the wall, opening the drawer to take out a quill and ink, then comes back over and sits down and starts signing his name on all the papers, not giving the last ones more than a glance since Poppy appeared impatient*
.... Godfrey told me what happened. We're not going to sue or anything. I've just uh..... I'm always supposed to read the things I'm signing. Just in case. *Looks up at Poppy and absently pushes his bangs out of his face, getting a bit of ink on his cheek*
....not that I think you'd be trying anything, Madame. *Flushes, feeling awkward at saying that.... then again.. his Poppy seemed to have almost enjoyed torturing him with horrible potions and medicines... *
