Alcy grumbled as he protested her dislike of the uniform, about to turn away when she was suddenly pulled close to him, her expression reverting back to the usual "FACES TOO CLOSE" face- eyes wide, blushing, slightly scared, yadda yadda yadda. She whimpered softly as his nose rubbed against hers, despairing at the futility of ever trying to say no to this kid.
She sighed as he pulled away, her head slumping forward slightly. "No, no, I'll do it... If-if it'll make you happy..." She twitched as she realized what she had just said, looking back up at Tamaki. "Ah, I mean, that is, since you're sick and all..."

The King practically 'squee'd',which is a very unappealing sound coming from any man but oddly befitting of the face he made when Alcy agreed to wear a dress to please him. He swept her off her feet without a thought and started to barrel down the hallway, despite the fact that it was rather hazardous to both of their well being considering the fact that he could barely withstand his own weight. Just as it seemed to their worried onlooker that it was going to be all right, Tamaki lost his footing on the front steps and face planted into the sidewalk, Alcy flying from his arms like a sack of potatoes. It was very unsightly and in complete contrast to what the boy had meant by it.
Tamaki twitched upon the ground, but didn't rise, a soft moan issued from the back of his blond head signifying that he was still conscious. Mirelle, who had followed them but had been too far away to prevent the fall, rushed forward with her face contorted with worry. She promptly over her employer's son and kneed at the girl's side, looking worriedly into the face of their guest, a hand on her arm to help her up if she so desired it. "Miss Alcy! Are you alright?!" she asked.

"GYAAH!" Alcy screamed, twice. The first time, when she was suddenly picked up and run with as if she were a football, and Tamaki was running for a touchdown. The second time, when he fell, leaving her to tumble away several feet before coming to a stop, half her face mushed into the cement.
She slowly rolled over and sat up to look at Mirelle, holding onto the side of her arm with one hand to cover up a bad scrape, tears welling up in her eyes. "Auugh... *hic* augh, i-it hurts... Ooow..." She was scraped up only on one side, since she had come to a slightly skidding stop when she finally did: the worst one was on her arm, above the elbow, and it was bleeding slightly: the others were one on her cheek and a couple minor scrapes on her knee. She sniffled, trying to hold back her tears, although she was never very good at that sort of thing- too many years of fake-crying to manipulate her family and more gullible friends made it harder to stop when she started.

The Host sighed deeply into the pavement before moving his arms to lift himself off his face, sitting slowly back on his heels. He groaned softly and rose one hand to move the hair from his cheek, only to draw his fingers back slightly bloodied. His horror at having damaged his own beautiful face was completely forgotten when he heard what sounded like the sounds of sniffling in the direction his precious cargo had gone flying. His face paled and became distorted with worry. "A-Alcy-chan? Alcy!" he murmured, then shouted before throwing himself forward fully, stumbling ungracefully to her side. He gently nudged his maid out of the way and slipped his arms around the injured girl, pulling her half into his lap in a sitting position.
He folded her into his arms, resting her head on his broad shoulder and closed his eyes, letting his cheek fall against her hair, his brows drawn together in worry. "Oh... Alcy, I am so sorry," he crooned softly into her hair, an overwhelming guilt causing a clench in his chest. With one hand he squeezed her arm gently before letting go and using that hand to brush the hair from her cheek. "I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm sorry." He wanted to keep holding her, but knew that she should be checked for serious abrasions; he'd seen the tears on her face and immediately sought to provide her with comfort.
Mirelle looked on with a face that clearly said 'I am watching a real live drama!' (of which she is a huge fan). She hopped to her feet quickly and scurried inside to retrieve the bandages and antiseptic, irritated that she'd be missing out on the activities while doing her job.

Alcy continued to sob quietly, her head falling forward as if she didn't have the strength to hold it up herself. She took some comfort in the hug, (in fact, quite a bit of comfort, actually), crying too hard to overreact to it, or act embarrassed, or anything else she would have normally done if she had been hugged like that. She took a moment to rub at her eyes, managing after a while to calm down somewhat, although she was still sniffling and hiccuping slightly. "I-I *hic* I'll be f-f-fine.... *sniff* D-don't worry about it, I-it's n-not *choke* your fault..."

"It is my fault," he argued, drawing away from her so he could carefully remove her glasses and brush the tears from her eyes with his gentle fingers. He wiped the crystalline moisture on his jeans, never taking his eyes from her face, his beautiful face a mask of guilt and worry. He finally looked to where she clutched her arm, gently prying her hand away to have a look at the damage. A look of horror touched his angelic features as he sighted the scrape on her arm and the blood that worsened the look of it, and his own eyes shimmered. "Come on Alcy, we better get that fixed up," he said, his voice thick. He picked her up bridal-style with such gentleness, as though she were a delicate porcelain doll, that his deep feelings for her were almost tangible. He carried her up the steps much more carefully, careful not to push himself in a way that would cause him to lose his balance again.
"Daddy's got you," he whispered, almost entirely to himself, as though he needed to for some reason be reminded of something. He settled her gently on one of the couches, and knelt on the floor before her, looking up at her through his lashes. He waited for Mirelle to return with the bandages, his face troubled. He didn't seem to realize that he was still clasping one of her hands in his own, having taken if after he had set her down.

Alcy said nothing as he lifted her, simply resting her head against his shoulder as she sniffled slightly, mostly done with crying by the time he had settled her on a couch, her eyes red and puffy from crying and being rubbed. She looked down at him kneeling beside her, staring blankly for a moment before smiling sadly, her thumb stroking over the fingers holding her hand. "Hehe.... how ironic, I came here to take care of you, and here we've somehow switched places..."

Tamaki sighed deeply. "Because I happen to be a bit of a moron," he said, only half-joking. He scratched at the back of his head with his free hand, searching for something to day. Mirelle returned at that moment and turned over the supplies needed to treat their minor injuries. Tamaki took the box and moved to sit next to her, opening the box and examining the contents of the box with a slightly clueless expression. He pulled out what he assumed was the antiseptic and read the label finding he'd guessed correctly. "Now I've ruined everything.""
Mirelle saw the dangers of Tamaki attending someone medically, even if it was only common sense practices, and moved to take the cream from him. She easily mended Alcy's abrasions with deft motherly hands, placing a bandage on her cheek and a matching one on Tamaki's after she'd finished. "There you are," she said with a smile. "It should all heal quite nicely." She gave Alcy a pat on the head, urging her with her eyes to be patient with Tamaki, although she was sure if she'd dealt with him for this long she probably already knew this.
Tamaki pouted beside her, taking her hand again once Mirelle had finished and withdrew from the room.

"Aww, Takkun," she murmured, giving him a half-smile, "You're not a moron, you're... you're.... she fell silent for a moment as she tried to think of what she wanted to say, before she chuckled. "Ok, so maybe you're a bit of a moron, but heck, that's one of the things I like about you." She grinned sheepishly. "That is, if that makes any sense."
She fell silent again as Mirelle returned with medical supplies, watching her work before smiling knowingly up at her in response to the look in her eye, watching her leave before turning to look back down at Tamaki, not sure what to say.

Tamaki wondered if he should mind that she agreed that he was a moron, but decided that it was actually more amusing than insulting. He smiled, leaning back into the cushions and folding his free hand across his stomach, letting his head fall no her shoulder, and sighed a deep content sigh. "It doesn't," he decided, laughing a little louder. He in reality thought that he kind of understood what she meant but didn't know if he trusted himself to believe it. He squeezed her hand a little, staring at the wall opposite them, busying himself with studying the details of the brushstrokes on the painting that hung upon the wall, merely to avoid meeting her reddened eyes for the time being. He was still very sorry, and his silence spoke volumes.

Alcy chuckled softly as she stared into space for a moment. "Oh, well, I guess it doesn't need to...." She sighed, before turning to look at the head resting on her shoulder as if only just realizing it was there. She blinked a couple of times, not quite sure what to do, before deciding to just relax. She gazed off into the distance again as she slowly leaned her head against the back of his, nuzzling into his shiny blonde hair for a moment, squeezing his hand back as she felt him squeeze hers. To hell with the internal confidentiality agreement, I'm injured and I deserve a little comfort

Tamaki sighed deeply, his shoulders lifting and falling with his breath, his platinum blonde brows drawn together over his closed eyes, his lashes dark against the ivory skin of his smooth cheek. He really was feeling very sleepy, almost weak, now that the adrenalin had stopped pumping through him. "Je suis tres fatigue," he sighed into her shoulder, lifting his head to look into her eyes. "Maybe we should postpone our date for the time being," he said finally, looking as though he was angry at himself for suggesting it, knowing that this might be the right thing to do.

Alcy blinked, her eyes going wider for a second. "D... d-date?" she murmured, averting her gaze for a second as her cheeks flushed. Is he phrasing stuff this way on purpose, or is he just groggy from the whole being-sick thing? Augh, I don't get it! she screamed inside her head, rubbing her forehead as if it hurt for a moment. She looked back down at him blankly, before sighing softly and letting the corners of her mouth lift slightly. "Well... whatever you think is best, Takkun...." She shifted on the couch after a couple of moments, so she was sitting up normally, before patting the cushion next to her. "If you're tired, though, you might be better off on the couch instead of the floor..." She grinned. "I've heard my lap makes a really comfortable pillow~" she teased.

Tamaki moved slowly, languidly, as though he was so weary he could barely find it within himself to lift his lanky form onto the cushion. He dramatically flopped down beside her and fell across her lap, lying there for a few seconds before reaching up and looping his arms around her neck, bringing her face so close to his that their noses brushed. "Eskimo kisses, Alcy-chan~" he sighed, smiling right into her face sweetly.

Alcy chuckled softly as she watched him precariously clamber onto the couch, nearly managing to play with his hair for the brief second he was just laying on her lap, before gasping in surprise as she was pulled down face-to-face with Tamaki. She whined softly, gently trying to pull away to escape (not very hard, mind you) blushing furiously again with her usual "FACES- TOO CLOSE- BRAIN SHUTTING DOWN" face. Looking down at his happy smile, however, she couldn't help but smile back, albeit somewhat sheepishly. "Hehe... ne~, Takkun, maybe you should try a real kiss for once," she joked, trying to lighten the mood and not really quite thinking clearly.
