my friend and I were pondering the psyche of resident evil characters after they've "taken" an herb.
It's like, they get mauled by a zombie, get away, and take some Herb or inhale some spray health, and all they have to say is
"okay... I'm good."

My favorite isn't really a line,
when the screen cuts to black after Steve is forced to kill his now zombie-fied father (in Resident Evil Code Veronica),
who's closing in on Claire since she's just run out of ammo.
He runs to the body, starts to wail.
The screen fades,
and all you hear is his crying...
