"Yes... I don't know exactly what to do..." Alayah extended her hands in front of her, and a white glow seemed to form under them. "Hopefully, this will heal you a little..." she wasn't sure what a simple healing spell would do though. This was the work of a demon here. She was sure of it. The trouble was, she didn't know of any instances before this when a demon had actually transformed the human's body. Hopefully, the healing spell would work a little, then she could think out a plan.

Alayah's healing spell was suddenly dispersed by the crashing down of the front door. Quickly, she turned around, eyes wide, already knowing what she was going to see. Slightly silhouetted, you could still make out the features of an undisguised demon. It was a male form, rather tall and bulky. Its skin was a reddish purple, with jet black hair and bright red slits for eyes. Alayah saw that his giant hands were the base of talon-like claws. It's a rather powerful one... she thought.
"W-who are you, and why are you here?" she said toward the being.
It didn't respond, but rather, lunged forward to attack Alayah.

Clyth watched as a demon attacked Ayalah, it bashed her on the head with a spiny, clawed arm. Knocking her down... The demon approached Clyth, he couldn't move. The demon spoke in a strange language that sent a shiver down his spine... The demon touched him on the forehead, and red markings appeared over Clyth. He began changing form once again, but his original body...
"Thanks..."The voice that came from his mouth wasn't his own... "I needed a good host, and i have one..."
Clyth beckoned for the demon to follow, and he walked to Ayalah... He held two fingers to her forehead, and smiled. He casted a spell but it was blocked by a safeguard. "I see... its pointless then... of course..." Clyth smiled, and then used a fire spell that set fire to the walls of the house. He ran out the door, the other demon following, he was headed for the gates!

Alayah was utterly confused about what this demon wanted. He had tried to use his dark magic on her, that was normal demon nature, but this was just weird. "You despicable demon... what did you do to Clyth?" she asked in an angry voice.
Before she knew it, all of the house was on fire.
"T-that...!" she said, horrified. She ran out the door, chasing the two out by the gates. That was Cassius's house... she thought. She looked back. It was too late to stop it now... It had almost eaten up the whole entire apartment.

Clyth ran down the streets, then noticed he was being followed. "Damn girl!" Clyth turned and set fire to the street, and then kept running to the gates...

Alayah held out her hands as soon as the fire started. Damn... If I keep up like this, I'll be exhausted of spells in a matter of thirty minutes... The fire extinguished, but at the price of Alayah's running getting slower. Indeed it was getting slower. She had to do something...
She raised an and pointed two fingers at the demon. With a slight flick of her hand, the ground under the demon collapsed. Suddenly, she began to feel out of breath...

"Foolish girl..." Clyth was on a piece of the ground that collapsed, then he pushed off the ground using a flame that propelled him upward, the other demon followed suite... The annoyance was getting to large, Clyth started sprinting, he was getting close...

Alayah prepared for attack. Her breath was starting to come back to her now. A wind blew harshly through the air, whipping her hair about her face. She dodged as he sprinted toward her. Turning back around to face him, she prepared herself for a move. He's truly been possessed by a really powerful demon... Although... He shouldn't be able to attack me... but that doesn't include the safety of the rest of the town... Or Cassius...

Clyth moved at tremendous speed, and he was at the gate within minutes... "The gates were going to be opened you fools! It was inevitable, do you really think you can just seal away your enemy? It all comes down to the defense failing!" Clyth began rising, he was being enveloped in a cloud of flame... The spell was meant to open the gate, and also eliminate the one who casted it... Fight it... fight it!

Alayah stopped suddenly. "What gates are you talking about..." she kept on her toes, prepared for attack. "Are you talking about... the 'gate' to... the passage... to... the Center of the Earth...?" she asked, looking up at him, horrified.

The flame that surrounded Clyth stopped growing, and it seemed to charge as if it were a cannon... The gates are going to be opened...

"Please... Answer me... Do you really mean... Those gates...?" Alayah asked desperately. Really, she didn't know if he meant the gates to the Passage or not... She was of now, utterly confused. She hadn't encountered such a powerful demon in years.
Well, even if it wasn't, Alayah had to do something. Holding one of her hands forward in a fist, she looked at the demon. "Stop!"
Releasing the fist, a pulse seemed to cover the area. It wasn't particularly strong physically, but it held immense energy... hopefully enough to stop the demon.

The wall of flames was virtually invincable, the pulse seemed to have no affect... But then the spell stopped altogether! Clyth fell from the sky, but then regained consciousness, and caught himself. "This petty game must stop..." The demonic voice sounded worse than ever, he dashed at a speed that seemed faster than sound. He smiled and held two fingers to Ayalah's chest. "Ill make this quick." The demon was forcing Clyth to attack instead of use his own dark magic... "Ayalah... Run."
