Maigo threw a loose piece of the cloth over her shoulder. It didn't cover her robes completely, but enough to disguise them. She looked much more menacing with the cowl hiding her features. The disguise would work well. The ears that Clendyx now wore around his neck grossed Maigo out, and it was more than just the smell, although that was bad too. "Is that really necessary? I think it looks fine without decorating yourself in body parts. Yours looks good too Varnis. The hump disguises your equipment nicely. Hurry up Arayl. I know it's unpleasant, but we need to get going."

"Bah, I've smelt worse. Besides, if any goblins DO block our way when we tell them we have a meeting, I can tell them that I need a few more ears to complete it. Goblins are worse." He said this as he tied Varnis's hands together, making the knot look convincing. "There we are, it should undo easily while we're distracting Dorvo with negotiations. Watch my words carefully, because you've got to spring into action as soon as we start saying about a battle."

Varnis had listened to what was being said as his hands where being tied. Feeling the ropes as the rope was finished being tied, he rubbed his hands together making sure that they could could be easily untied, or broken. "Yes, it could work." He said as he started to scratch his wrists some, as a small rash started to appear.

Balthazar collects various bits and pieces of the goblins, rubbing them through his hair and beard, altering it's color to a reddish brown. Throwing on various bits of clothing, he quickly produces a dagger and shaves patches off his scalp and face. Once he is done, the change is remarkable; the dwarf before you no longer appears to be the dwarf he once was. "Well, what do ye think? Yer want me to pose as another capture? It'd be me honor to assist ye as best I can."
(Once all the disguises meet with Clendyx's approval, I will continue. mrgreen )

Clendyx was gaping at the dwarf, stunned that he would defile his beard that easily. "Are you sure about...anyway, we could use all the help we can get." He looked at the pieces of beard that had been cut, thought for a moment, and then picked them up for safekeeping. The beard of a dwarf was a strange thing, and he didn't want to leave it out where goblins could get it. He tied Balthazar's hands, too, and considered a moment. "You do have other weapons, right? We don't want to go in underarmed."
((Arayl isn't responding to my pms.))

Arayl realising he doesn't have much of a disguise grabs up a some of the remaining cloth and wraps it around himself.

Balthazar looks at the clumps of beard, tears welling in his eyes, but refusing to fall. "Aye, I got me dagger, it'll do in a pinch. It'll give them slavers what for, given the chance it will. Ye can count on me to jump in when ye needs me; and jump back out when ye don't.
Pointing back the way he came Balthazar says,"The slavers camp is a couple days march in that direction; We shouldn't have to worry about any patrols for at least a day. Whenever your ready, we can get started.

After a few last minute adjustments, Maigo nodded her head that she was ready to go. The pendant was securely tucked away, but ready when she needed it. "Let's get moving. I don't like standing around like this."

After tying Arayl to the end of the line, Clendyx started them marching, in the lead, with Maigo watching the rear. It would look like they were in a hurry, too.

You begin your ragged looking march, with the occasional whispered correction coming from Balthazar. You spend several hours moving as directed, finally reaching the area that Balthazar guessed most likely to encounter defensive patrols. His conjecture seems to be accurate, as not long after you see another group approaching in the distance. They are composed of 2 Goblin Wardogs, 2 Imps, and a Human in patchwork armor. The dogs start to bark shortly after you spot them, while the Imp's point excitedly in your direction. You can see the Human nod his head, directing the group to move closer to you. When they draw within 30 feet, they stop and the Human asks,"So, what's a motley crew such as yourself doing with so fine a slave line in these parts?"

He grunted, and called out in a booming shout, "If you want to keep your head, I suggest you take us to Dorvo, and ask me no more." At that, he fingered his sword, and yanked the rope in the other, sending the others reeling forward.

Maigo kept as quietly as possible, content to follow Clendyx's lead. If trouble started she would be ready though.
