Kairina blankly sat there for a moment before saying anything. After muttering a few things under her breathe she finally spoke. "I have some plans in mind, plans that will have to unravel themselves overtime if things shall work out." She glanced around the room looking at the people's puzzled faces before continuing. "I'm sorry, but I shall not tell this congress of my plans for the future. As of right now, the violence must be held off. I feel that people are growing distant with fear. That means, we will stop our physical fighting til things seem to cool down. Instead, we will try to scare the 'rebels' out of their plans and make it seem like they are foolish kids." Kairina took another glance at the disapproving face before crossing her arms and closing her eyes. "I feel I am done with this crowd." she quietly stated with annoyance.

The crowd seemed to sigh collectively, before they all slowly filed out with much grumbling. She wasn't going to answer any more questions, they had no point in staying.
"Just a little impatient today, Kairina?" Aki asked with a grin, pushing off the wall and going over to the mayor. "What's bugging you?"

Ray nodded to Amnity. It actually was a pretty good idea. If something WERE to happen the best way to lower the number of cops at the protest would be attacking the police station. If the cops did indeed attack, such an action may give them a further reputation as guardians of the city, so it would work out well. As for Miri and Carys's realization, Ray knew what was flashing through their minds. It would be hard for him not to. Aiva suggested the decoy tactic, Carys went pale after hearing the vision, not to mention Ray easily heard his name being mentioned when Miri spoke to Carys on the matter. As for his concern on the subject, he had none. He knew it might happen to him when he took a position as the leader of an illegal underground group. His death wouldn't end the rebellion either, it would fuel it farther. He was well known among the city's middle and lower class citizens, and his death wouldn't go over well with a lot of people. If they executed him in the manner Miri spoke of, that would be the end of the government's control, or at least the city's trust. His only concern about the whole matter was that in the vision, Miri was killed, and the city was on fire. Pushing it aside, he looked at the clock and said "We'll leave in twenty minutes. If you aren't ready, spend this time preparing.".

Carys gave Miri a quick hug before picking the girl up, standing, and putting her down in the seat. "You stay here for a minute, okay?" She turned and gently grabbed Ray's elbow, saying, "Can I talk to you for a minute?" Pulling him aside, she took a moment to try and organize her thoughts. "I know you well enough to know that you think nothing of the danger to yourself, and that's very noble of you. But may I remind you that there are some people who need you here?" She fought to keep her voice even and calm. "I've known you for a long time. You're one of my best friends...." She looked away from him. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to lecture you, but you know how I worry."

Ray didn't protest to the private confrontation, and patiently waited for Carys as she thought about what she was going to say. He figured it would concern the vision. As she spoke to him, he waited with the same patience, and listened intently. When she finished and apologized, he gently placed his hand on her shoulder, soothingly said "I do realize that you care, and that there are others who care. I do realize that there are some who need me to stick around for a while. The thing is, there are two things I put before my own life. The people around me, and the rebellion. In some cases, those two are one and the same. In some cases, those priorities require me to keep myself alive, and so I have no intentions of letting myself die easily. Then there are times that the top two priorities require me to forget the third one, and I'm ready to do that. But as long as you, and the others, need me, I won't die. There's no need to worry about me too much, you know I can handle myself. Need proof that I don't plan on dying? If I didn't care whether or not I died, I wouldn't carry THIS thing around". He motioned to an inner pocket on his shirt, where a pistol was concealed. Laughing a bit to brighten up the room's eery mood, he finished with "Now don't feel bad about the lecture, you're just making sure I don't forget that someone needs me to stay alive. I appreciate it, really.".

Valeda stayed seated as the crowd got up and left, wondering if Kairina was bluffing. "A wise decision. Treat them as though they are not a threat and they shall grow weary and impatient. That's when they will begin to make mistakes." She turned to the young woman who approached, but kept silent after her comment about tactics.

Carys sighed and smiled as some of the color began to return to her face. "Alright then, as long as you remember that." Of course, she would still worry, but she always did. "I've gotten so used to having you around, I don't think I could lose you." She grinned and poked him for no other reason than habit. "Now, hopefully I won't have to do any fighting tonight. You know as well as I that no police officer would feel safe with a fully-grown tigress coming at them."

Ray grinned in reply and said "They wouldn't just feel as if they were unsafe, they WOULD be in danger. I don't think it'll come to fighting though. A good turnout would be one of the cops pistol whipping some angry brute, and getting punched-out in return. Anyways, we have them covered in so many angles it's not even funny. If they open fire, they'll either get mowed down by Amnity, glomped by some little shadow creatures, mentally torn apart by Miri, or physically pulled apart by your truly. If worst comes to worst, we'll have you lecture them. They won't stand a chance! Though, that method may have bystanders, so it may be safer to have Amnity deal with it." A laugh followed the finishing lines, and he prepared for what was likely to follow.

Carys hit him lightly on the arm. "Hey now, that's not nice." She pretended to pout. "You know very well I can fight as well as you. I just don't like to without good reason." Though she was somewhat offended, she couldn't help but laugh just the same. "You're always so.....different when you're dealing with the rebellion, it's good to hear you laugh again." Rather than wait for a reply, she shifted, slipping into her feline form. It was a small calico cat that trotted away from him, crossing the coffeehouse quickly and jumping into Miri's lap.

"It's the looks they give me." Kairina replied to Aki's question. "It drives me crazy that they don't believe in me. I know things are bad right now but no one can solve anything in one day, which they hope I will." Kairina was standing up straight now but her arms were still crossed. Her eyes weren't looking towards anyone, infact they were directed at the wall straight infront of her. She hardly had eye contact with anyone when talking to them. "I do have plans though, but I'm afraid they are not full proof as of yet. I shall let them know when it is time anyway." she said in her quiet tone.

Laughing just a little more as Carys left in cat form, he pondered what she said about him acting different with the rebellion. It was true. If he thought about it, there was really three Rays. The quiet public Ray, the strong serious rebel leader Ray, and the laid-back around friends Ray. Actually, if he thought about it more, there was a forth. That wasn't a Ray that showed up often. He was called full demon Ray. He shivered at the thought, and remember the last time it had happened. If his appearance didn't change dramatically when he morphed, he would probably be in jail or wanted more then he already was. That was one of his two secrets, something even Carys didn't know of. Dismissing the thought, he got up went to the coffee shop's door and waited for the twenty minutes to pass, and everyone to assemble.

((@Kiree_luv: Hope you don't mind that I just joined, but I'm your assistant.))
Drawing in her art pad, Kimi looks looks at her watch and exclaims, " I'm missing the meeting!" She quickly gets up from her bed and runs towards the door. She quickly locks her door and starts running through the empty streets. "Oh shoot, I'm late. I hope I'm able to make it in time." She finally reaches the entrance and sees people leaving. "Oh no, I missed it." She walks into the dining hall and starts searching the crowd for the mayor. She sees her with Val and Aki. She approaches them and says in an apologetic voice, "Sorry I missed the meeting. I was busy and lost track of the time."

(tis okay) Out of the cornor of her eye, Kairina saw her assistant come up to the small group that had formed after the meeting. When she was done explaining, Karina closed her eyes and uncrossed her arms. "Its okay, you didn't miss much. It was a boring meeting filled with a bunch of arrogent people." She had included herself with the arrogent people for she knew she had been, as ussual.

"Can you send a demon to get our scythes?" Terra asked her sister. "Defending yourself using a gun or hand-to-hand combat is a lot different then using a scythe." Aiva said while wiping feathers off her dress. "But I hate using guns..." Terra said in a pathetic voice. "Fine but you can only use it in an emergency." Aiva said summoning a shadow, "Go get both of our scythes. Once you get them bring them to the park but stay hidden, and only give them to us if we need them." She told it. The demon nodded and left the cafe. "Thank you!" Terra said happily. Aiva nodded to her sister before getting up from her chair and walking over to Ray. "Do you think I should send out the demons?"Aiva asked.

Amnity was already out the door when Ray had said that they'd be leaving in twenty minutes. She didn't rush though, it would take less than ten minutes to get ready. The solider entered the apartment building, ignoring the old lady that had walked by and greeted her. She continued down the hall until she got to the storage room, HER storage room.
She ran her fingers through her silver hair and let her red eyes scan through her artillery. It sucked that Ray said that they only needed a few cases of C4 and an AK-47, that took the fun out of everything. She detatched the scope from an FN P90 submarine gun and snapped it on to an AK-47 before holstering the gun on her back. She whipped out her belt holster and stuck a few tubes of pure C4 around the belt for easy reach. Now, the most important part of her whole arsenal. She took her red rebellion mask and tied it tightly over her mouth and nose. As the soldier began to exit her weapon room, she stopped right in front of her Sig Sauer SG552 submarine gun.....Well...Ray didn't say I COULDN'T bring it... Amnity picked up the gun and slapped it on her back holster along with a backpack full of HP rounds (hollow point), and FMJ rounds (full metal jacketed).
Amnity scaled the walls of a shop in front of the police station. She positioned herself on the edge of the roof, hidden behind a couple of unused trashcans. The soldier then let her old instincts take over, her red eyes seemed to glow as she snapped the hammer back on the Sig Sauer SG552 before loading it with armor piercing rounds. She steadied the gun at the side of the building and looked through the scope, positioning herself like a sniper. Now all she had to do was wait for either Ray or Carys to give her an order to fire.
