Tom recalled the accident, and, although it hadn't been too bad, he could understand why she would be wary of them. He had fair aim with the bludger bat, he wouldn't be on the team if he hadn't, so he could help her out by whacking them at her... but not close enough to unseat her again.
She needed to be weathered to the flying monster balls or she wouldn't be able to fly correctly on the pitch.
Tom returned her smile, and said, "I'm going to finish my breakfast before we head out... Just one question, though: how was your summer?"
Then, he flushed.

Bella shrugged. "Just working on Quidditch. My parents and I did take a vacation to Italy. It was lovely there." She said as she looked at him with a smile. She was curious as to why he was blushing, but she pushed it off for now. "What about yourself?"

"I took on some volunteer work at St. Mungo's in the children's ward. It's not what I want to do with my life, but every bit helps them, so that was the attraction for me.
"Then, I used some of the money in my vault to OWL order some new shirts from Paris. Other than that, my summer was pretty boring.
"I do so love Italy, though."
Tom grinned and took a bite of his marmalade toast.

Bella smiled. "Really now. I plan I going back during Christmas Break. You're welcome to join me." She invited as she took another bite of her food, before she speared a piece of sausage with her fork.

"That would be most marvelous," Tom gushed slightly, remembering the last time he had gone to Italy. "I'd have to clear it with the 'rents first, of course."

"Cool. Well, we have a while, but hopefully you can go. I'd enjoy your company." She told him, smiling. "I love Italian fashion. You might fall victim to one of my shopping sprees." She teased.

"I think I would be privvy to that," he replied, gesturing at his medieval-cut maroon top. The professors used up all their energy in trying to make him follow dress-code during school days. Tom was ecstatic that it was Saturday.

"Yeah, I can eat this one the way," he commented, pushing everything but his toast away. He stood up and stretched, looking back at Bella and grinning. "Let's get to it, then."

Bella nodded. "Alright." She said as she stood up. "I'll summon our brooms once we're outside." She said before she headed out.
