Avery was about to say "yes ma'am" but realized her words, and turn on his heel and began running down the pier to find her ship. "Mommy! I'm finally doing something respectable! I get to clean and do a little navigating!" Avery almost laughed with joy. His mother would have been proud of him.
As Avery began to feel tired from running, he looked around and spotted the magnificient vessel: the Sea Warrior. Avery almost shivered with awe. As he approached the plank, he carefully took a step onto it. Avery wasn't sure if he would get scolded for going on the ship because the sailors on it probably didn't know he had been recruited. With a deep breath, Avery scaled the plank and arrived on the deck. "Wow..." he said in a daze from the finery of the ship. "..beautiful..." Avery snapped out of it and looked around the ship until he was sure he found the stairs going to the lower levels. Avery quickly made his way past busy-bodies and entered the kitchen to see a woman. "Um... I'm here to help with the cleaning, miss." Avery said, adjusting the patch that covered his eye.

Lexi cracked her knuckles and stretched. While doing so noticed the boy leaving. "Show time." Lexi walked over to Angie casually and ran into her. "I am so sorry ma'am." Lexi said eyes wide.

Angie rolls her eyes as she takes her focus off the running Avery. "Its alright." She says, not moving at all.

Avery stiffened. "What can I do to get started, miss?" Avery asked, pulling off his eyepatch which revealed a long scar going across the lids sideways and a comepletely white iris and gray pupil. Avery dusted his eyepatch off and began to fasten it around his head again.

"Right." Lexi mumbled backing away from her. "Well, sorry again." She said turning her back on her and walked away as casually as she had come. Lexi grinned as she looked at the other cash pack in her hand. "Oh, what do we have here?" She said glancing into the new stash. Lexi pulled out a picture of a young man smiling. "Hm...more memories."

Lexi didn't turn around. Instead she pulled out her other cash pack and transfered the coins from one, to the other. Then she belted it to her waste. Still looking casual.

((sry!!! Uh....here.....))
A large sailor came down and said, "Cap'n says she's coming, but you need to make sure the tables are clean. If you finish early you can mingle with the other men, get aquinted." then he turned around and went back up.
Angie ran after the girl and grabbed her around the neck and demanded, "I wont release until you give me back my money and my picture." She glared at her, making sure no matter what she pulled, the only place she could go would be into the freezing cold.

Lexi rolled her eyes and handed her the cash sack. "I don't see what the big deal is...it's just a picture. Now let me go." Lexi growled.

bic:: Avery nodded and walked hesitantly into the dining room with tables and chairs. He quickly washed them down with a ratty cloth after sweeeping them clean of crumbs and other articles of food. He worked laborously(sp) until he was content with the cleanliness of the room. He wiped the sweat from his brow, and looked around the ship. It seemed pretty remote around where he was so he began to walk towards the upperdeck. When he poked his head out, he scanned the ship for any interesting conversees and decided to go sit on the edge of the ship where two sailors talked about sea stories. Avery listened well at first, until he lost interest at the part about the gigantic sea turtle. What crap was that.

Angie released the hold around her neck, but grabbed her arm and demanded, "What are you doing out this time of night. Shouldn't you be home begin tucked into bed right now?" she asked irritated.

Lexi snatched her arm back. "That is none of your concern." Her eyes narrowed down as she started to head off. Leaving Angie there with a pouch with a large stone.
