She looked at Shadow and made slight a head gesture. He ran closer to Oboro and began to bark and growl. Oboro was distracted and looked over at Shadow. dEx took this opportunity to quickly jump down behind him. She performed a set of hand seals as she jumped down out of the tree towards her opponent. Shadow quickly jumped back before dEx hit the ground, which continued to keep Oboro's attention a little bit longer since he was confused by Shadow's actions.
"Poison Mist!" called out dEx as she was landing behind him.
Due to the fact that he was wearing some weird breathing apparatus dEx wasn't sure that this technique worked. So as soon as her feet hit the ground she was already preparing her next attack. Oboro wasn't affected by the poison, but the mist blinded him for a moment giving dEx a good chance to use the next attack.

"Okay, well the technique is called Sly Mind Affect Technique. Basically it allows you to catch your opponent in an illusion that causes them to move in circles. They are unable to see what you are really doing and generally they are unaware at least at first that they are not getting closer to where they think you are." explained Oboro.
dEx listened closely to his explaination as Shadow picked a shadow spot under a nearby tree to lie down under and watch dEx train. She nodded as Oboro finished telling her about the technique.
"Okay, perform these hand seals." said Oboro as he demonstrated them for her.
dEx watched closely as she tried to commit the seals to memory. Then she nodded to him.
"Okay, go ahead and give it a try. I'll try to attack you once you use it so that we can see if it works and you can get a feel for using it." suggested Oboro.
Shadow perked up. He didn't like the idea of the guy attacking her. Shadow shifted his position slightly and prepared himself to pounce out to help her if needed.

dEx nodded to him. She decided to just work on the seals for a moment. Shadow picked up his head and watched dEx attempt to quicken her use of the seals. The first attempt was barely faster. She focused on them to try to figure out the most fluid way to perform them. After trying a few more time she seemed to have it down.
"How's this?" she asked Oboro.
dEx peformed the hand seals in quick succession. It was fast enough that it was difficult for someone watching to figure out the seals. Oboro nodded in approval to her.
"Much better. I think you have it down. Work on it more on your own and I think it could serve you well in battle." said Oboro.

As he attacked the clones in defense each of them began to explode with a large blast. Oboro had to quickly move away from the clones and he prepared a technique of his own while he smiled at dEx. She watched him closely as he performed a set of hand seals.
"Mist Servant Technique!" called out Oboro.
dEx watched as he created 18 clones to match her remaining 18 exploding shadow clones. Her clones dived towards his clones and exploded. dEx smiled as his clones were destroyed. Then she noticed that they weren't disappearing, but turning into a gooey puddle. Then the clones began to reform in front of her and she couldn't believe it.

"Okay, start by performing these hand seals. Make the desired number of clones just like you would with the Shadow Clones skill. The main difference here is that it require more chakra. Then once the clones are hit they will either turn into a puddle and reform or disappear. It depends on what you want to do and what you do with your chakra." explained Orobo.
dEx was intrigued by the possibilites of this technique. She nodded as he finished explaining it to her.
"Here watch me perform it for you again." said Oboro.
dEx watched Oboro closely as he performed the hand seals again.
"Mist Servant Technique!" called out Orobo.

"Mist Servant Technique!" she called out.
This time thre clones appeared around her. She looked at them and smiled since they seemed to be correct this time.
"Let me give them a try." said Orobo as he lunged at the closest clone.
He hit the clone and it disappeared into a puddle at his feet. Orobo quickly changed direction and hit the remaining two with one strike. As he did the first clone reappeared behind him and moved in to attack. Just before it could he called out to dEx.
"Okay! I think you have it down. Call off your clone." called out Orobo.
dEx ended the technique and the three clones disappeared.
"Thank you for training me." she said as she bowed to him. Shadow jumped up and ran to her side. He was growing bored and was looking forward to moving again.
"Why don't I take you to someone that could show you some more techniques." said Orobo.
dEx nodded and followed him deeper into the heart of the Hidden Rain Village.

dEx was a bit nervous as she and Shadow followed Oboro through the Hidden Rain Village. All of the villagers, which included some shinobi, seemed to be staring at her. Of course, she was a stranger to this village with a dog and I guess they might have been just as uneasy about her as she was about them. The best way to react in this situation would be to just be calm and cooperative, without letting anyone walk all over her. When she met the next trainer she would have to prove her strength, without appearing threatening. They walked up to a large building near the edge of the village. dEx and Shadow looked around in awe of the beautiful structure.

dEx looked up at Kirisame trying to hide her nervousness, but she always was a bit excited about training with this guy since he seemed strong. dEx watched Kirisame as he performed a set of hand seals.
"Water Whip!" he called out as he continued to smile at her.
dEx wasn't really sure what his intentions were, but she tried to prepare herself for anything. Shadow lowered himself into an attack position just in case.
"Would you be interested in learning this technique?" asked Kirisame.
She looked closely at the whip of water that had taken the place of his hand.
