Background Summary: Bren was an athletic child for all his young years on Earth. In school he was in track, football, basketball, you name it. His grades were also decent, since he needed to maintain them for his sports. When he graduated him and a bunch of kids from his football team all signed up for the Marines. Who wouldn't have? Space, ships, big guns and of course, babes. He was separated from his team immediately and shipped to basic for upwards of a year and a half. His legs are thick from much conditioning and running. He has short unkempt brown hair that is just close enough to be over regulation length. But what is most notable about his appearance is his always lasting grin. Whenever he is not reprimanded for smiling, he does with those not so pearly whites.
Background Summary: Like most other marines at the time, many joined the fight for glory or honor. Some had reasons like revenge or even friends who went. Others just wanted to "kick some Covenant a**" Not Monty. He joined just because he decided that he just wanted to go one day. Not for any reason or another but to join and give it his all. When he went to boot camp he was pretty much a raw recruit with limited knowledge about the marines and what they did. But he learned quickly and started to excel in many of the regular exercises. But he learned some things the hard way. He had shot himself in the foot one time while trying to figure out the safety on one of his very first days. Ever since then, he's tried to make a point of not screwing up.
