It's not a joke, but I don't see what's so mean about it.
If you're talking about that I haven't gotten to you on the list of PMs yet, please understand I have a lot of people to pm about this, and you were in the bottom third. There's a reason the deadline posted was so far off compared to the date I posted the thread. It's because we didn't really expect to be able to go through the whole member list in oh, one night? I could post the whole list so far if needed, although be aware that would instantly page stretch.
All things considered though, all we really want is confirmation of who's still looking at the guild.
