He pulled his paw back with a playful smile as she batted at it. But he didn't mind at all, her paws were like soft butterfly kisses. "Lunch it is then." Tatenda nodded his head as he trotted off the little wood nest into the snow. Walking a small circle, he skid in a turn to face Aether, tail in the air much like a puppy would wag their tail. "And no more snow sound perfect, I can't wait!" No more cold fur biting thfough his thin fur. Eyes blinked when Aether complimented his feathers though, and Tatenda had to glance at them himself. Hmm, he didn't notice anything. Ears flitted down with a blush as she chose the word dashing.
"Thank you..." He almost stuttered, turning back to see her giving him a deep gaze. God, he was so blessed. His insides bubbled with pure joy, blooming into a smile to prove to the female. And as she ducked under his chin, he purred and nuzzled her back with just as much affection.

Aether's smile widened at Tatenda's embarrassed blush. It seemed that he liked being called dashing. His nuzzles sent waves of warmth throughout her body, from the tips of her fluffy ears down to her lavendar toes. With her head tucked beneath his chin, Tatenda's purrs were magnified in her ears. The sound was comforting, completely complementing the happiness that currently surrounded the pair. Pulling back slightly, Aether gave her companion a soft kiss on the cheek. She gazed at him expectantly, asking, "So, what do you feel like eating? Winter will make finding any specific treats rather difficult." Her brow furrowed as she mentioned this, clearly trying to determine their next course of action.
