Nikki hurried up with her purchase, slightly disappointed about the lack of potatoes, but very relieved to have her water. When she walked back, she continued the conversation. "Mmm, I picked up that there was something you didn't want to reveal under your mask, but why a gas mask? I mean, it looks cool and all, but isn't it heavy? I know I'd tire of wearing it very quickly." She noticed a potato stand further down the road, purchased one, and sat down on a nearby bench.

Edgar sat down beside her. "Nothing is really heavy for me," he said. "I guess it's because I'm a little stronger than most people. Believe it or not, I'm actually wearing a bunch on weights underneath his coat of mine. I like getting stronger. It allows me to protect Loni." With that, he cuddled Loni once more, who playfully licked Edgar on the cheek.

Nikki cooed like a pigeon at the cuteness. "Wow, really? I could never do such a thing! I'm such a wimp. I'm only strong as a swimmer. Oh, you must be dreadfully hot with the coat and the weights. How do you stand it?" She reached out a hand to pet Loni, stopping in front of his nose he can get her scent. "You know, you never did answer my initial questions. Well, some of them were answered over time, but not all."

Edgar shrugged. "Well, to answer your first question, the heat doesn't really bother me, either," he replied. "In fact, I think there was a time when I touched a fire and I wasn't even burned." He cleared his throat, which sounded like a Lovecraftian monster being mauled by a woodchipper. "Now then, what were your initial questions?"

Nikki nodded, thinking he meant the whole quickly passing your hand through the flame thing. "Hmm, I was hoping you'd remember. Umm, one of them was... Oh! What kind of doggy is Loni? And... hmm, that's the only one I can remember."

Edgar looked and studied Loni for a moment. "I don't know much about dogs, but I'd say he's a Siberian Huskey," he answered, petting Loni on the head. "He should grow up big and strong."

"That's why he's so adorable!" She softly stroked Loni's head. "What do you want to do now?" Nikki rose and walked to a nearby trash can, throwing away her garbage. She pivoted back to Edgar. "So far, you've been following me around. What say you for our next activity, assuming you still wish to hang out with me."

Edgar stood there for a moment and thought. "I'm not really sure what there is to do around here," he admitted. "This is my first time to eart- I mean, California." He scratched the back of his head with his free arm.

Nikki gave Edgar a perplexed look. "No, you don't. Besides, adding 'I mean' when you try to cover up the truth only makes the lie more obvious." Nikki grabbed her jug and looked around for a more secluded area. "Hmm, let's look for somewhere private. Don't think your off the hook; I heard what you originally said. I figure it'd be better if people didn't overhear this conversation. Sorry if I'm being a bother now, but this is too amazing to let go."

Koujrd yelped as the stick became heavier in his grip. He toppled over backwards as the stick was at the time resting on his shoulder. As he starting falling backwards, he let go of the stick and rolled to the side on all fours, ready to pounce out of reflex. He grunted in disapproval and stood straight up again, now holding a rock that had been in his pocket. "Okay, roots. But still, couldn't you, like, um... Oh! Cut two roots of different veggies in half and then tape two of the halves together. Half carrot, half potato. That'd make for one sick plant." He crouched beside Decklor grinning.

(( Ok, everyone here is crazy. Ok, so not so crazy, but you go to fast for me. And...I've kind of lost interest in this RP. So, since my character hasn't really done much yet and isn't a main character really. I'm setting him loose and leaving. Anyone of you can stake a claim on him and be off with the Role Playing! So that's it, whoever wants him, gets him. But that means you're playing two characters. OR, if no one wants him, I can make him die in that plane he's in right now. Whatever works. xD ))

Rayne walked over to Drecklor and Kourjd. She squated beside Drecklor, not on the plants, "Is there anything else I can do ?" She wanted to stay as long as possible on Earth before her mom said she had too much free time.

Foxxenne stood in the center of the Agency lobby standing straight erect and bored at she stared blankly at the opposite wall and a painting of the company's president and owner. He was a small gray haired old man who'd started small and worked his way to the top in many an odd way. But his agency was one of the best. "Hmm..." She said looking up at the picture and the skinny frail old man, 'Frail in body, strong in buisness.' She thought, brushing at her hair as she covered her right eye.

Edgar sighed. "If you insist," he said, walking towards a lone tree in the middle of a grassy knoll. He sat down and allowed the now fully awake Loni to run about.

Nikki sat down next to Edgar, her body angled towards him. She watched Loni run around for a bit. She suddenly felt so shy and awkward, knowing she was about to get into something a bit more personal. "So, if not from Earth, where are you from?"
