She Quikly rolled over and hit her wrist and then turned into Swamp Fire.

((well its my rp JOLT and its all these kids that can controll lightning and like they have to live in a facility and they have an escape plan thats thetll harness the energy from a storm to break out....i dreampt that the storm came and we were all running around!! lolz)) "ok" said Swamp fire " so thats how you wanna play it."((what r swamp fires powers?))

(You're kidding me right? neutral Regeneration is, in simple terms, healing. Usually refering to instanly, like in this case, but it can be used as human skin regeneration... sweatdrop )
