Belle smiled. At least she wasn't the only late one. She looked back at her mother who had finished transferring all of her bags from the roadster's backseat and trunk and onto the dirt. "I don't have to take them all the way to my cabin, do I?" she said unhappily, pouting a little as she stood, looking at the multiple bags on the dirt and the walk to her cabin.

"No honey, I'll do it," her mother said, unhappy with the prospect, but knowing that Isabella was unhappier than she was, being dumped at this camp at all. At least, that was what she figured.

"Thanks!" Isabella said, both to the counselor and her mother, giving her mom a small kiss on the cheek. "The caf is this way, right? Thanks!" Without waiting for a response, she hurried to the cafeteria, figuring that she was already late enough. The smell of pizza and cookies met her nose. Not as bad as other things, but certainly not her favorite.

There was another girl standing just inside the entrance and Isabella walked up next to her, looking inside. There was a cluster of people sitting at one table, besides the one standing a little away from her. The cafeteria wasn't very shabby looking either. Definitely not like a horror story.

Rain shook her head looking away from the door with a sigh as two more people entered. At this rate there would be no escape from having to deal with people. So far the only ones she like was Odori because she seemed nice enough and Henry because he wasn't a jock and seemed not to be an idiot. Watching the boy, Cameron, introduce himself to Odori she just watched the scene with a bored expression as her mind wandered off. Looking back to Henry, "You never answered me, Can I look at your art?" she asked her old curiosity coming back once more before remembering the guy who had sat down next to Henry, "Oh and I am Rain, by the way.

"I'm Odori," she said, smiling at the boy. She took a sip of her water and glanced at the other kid, the one that had sat next to Henry. Something about him seemed familiar, though she doubted she knew him from anywhere. After all, he was a prep, judging from his clothes. Shrugging, she turned back to Cameron, an idea forming in her mind. "Hey! This is a camp right, so shouldn't there be go-carts?"

Alex watced Cameron and the girl called Odori chatter, amused by the way the girl so easily charmed a person. Good thing she wasn't his type. Smirking, he glanced at Rain again, wondering why she seemed so annoyed by him. "I'm Alex," he said in response to her, before looking at the boy next to him. "And you would be?"

Henry was hesitant to aquiesce to Rain. After all, there were guys here now, and he knew from experience they could be more criticial than girls - that was a stereotype of course, but still. Henry took out his notebook and flipped to a blank page. He clicked his pen open, and wrote, "ok but dont let them see", and slid it facedown over to her.

Ayumi turned as she saw the girl arrive next to her. "Hey," she said. "I'm Ayumi. Looks like I'm not the only newbie here." She glanced over at the table. "They seem to have gotten aquainted quickly." She motioned for the brunette to follow her to go and get her lunch. The aroma of the pizza was a good sign - fresh, rich and faintly herby. She selected a single slice of pepperoni for herself.

Cameron perked up with interest at the mention of go-carts. He had always been a decent driver. "Well, if they do, I'd certainly love to try them out," he said, looking suspiciously out the window. "Though I'm not sure if most camps do that... Still, this is the first one I've been to." As Henry's notebook slid across the table, Cameron's interest was suddenly averted. "You draw?" he asked, looking at both Henry and Odori. He had seen her with the sketchbook earlier. "Is he any good?" he asked her.

"Isabella, but... You can call me Belle," she said, deciding in an instant that she liked Ayumi. Following the girl's lead, she picked up a piece of pizza flavored with bell peppers. A little spicy for her, but she had to have a little bit of vegetables in her meal. "Yeah, they do seem to be at least a little friendly, if they've already made friends after being here only an hour or so," she said, not one to keep track of time.

Rain gave him a quizzical look before nodding and smiling when she picked up the book and saw the page. Setting carefully she was angeled away from Alex and Cameron shouldn't have been able to see. Turning one of the pages a smile lit up her face at the art work because to her it was beautiful. Being an artist in training herself she loved art to look at it, study it, and just enjoy it, art was one of her passions. Examining the work with a careful eye she turned to another page. She was tempted to tale Henry he was a wonderful artist but didn't want to provoke the others into trying to take the book. Unlike most girls she would hit back and could hit harder than most girls would even try to.

Henry winced slightly at Cameron's curiosity. "It's nothing," he muttered, and sighed. Might as well get it published and get it over with, he thought sarcastically. He glanced over at the new girls with mild interest. They both dressed nicely and had seemed to hit it off right away.

"Cool," Ayumi said. "I think they've been at lunch for like a half hour actually." She took two chocolate chip cookies and a bottled water before sitting down at the table next to the main group. She didn't want to be left out, but she didn't want to intrude either.

Cameron frowned at Henry's inability to be friendly towards him, but still waited for Odori's answer. He did like looking at good art, if he couldn't produce it himself. If Henry and he were to spend the whole time at camp in the same room, maybe he'd be able to find a way to look at the art.

"Oh," Belle said simply, not really understanding why the time was given. Isabella took a bottle of water and a chocolate chip cookie as well, chocolate being a weak point for her. Then she joined Ayumi at her table, looking over the people sitting on the table next to theirs. There were two muscular boys and one dark-haired boy as well as two girls, one looking at a notebook and the other talking to one of the muscular boys. "They didn't even bother to say hello to us?" Isabella asked aloud to Ayumi, her ego slightly bruised.

She was begining to get annoyed by the fact that Henry was basically snubbing Cameron and Alex, though she probabaly shouldn't have been. "I thought they were pretty good, but he insists on saying they arn't. Honestly, I'll never understand guys..." Leaning closer to Cameron, a wicked smirk lit up her features as she began to whisper. "Hey, if this camp has go-carts, you wanna go take one for a joy ride??"

Alex watched as Rain flipped through the book, her face seeming to light up at the sight of the pictures inside. Huh. She seemed oddly angelic with that look on her face, though he doubted she would like the comparison. Oh well, not like she could read his thoughts or something, so he was safe. He tuned out the conversations for the most part, watching as the two new girls took a table next to the one they were at. With a friendly grin, he waved the two over in the hopes that they would join the small party.

As Rain looked through the book she thought she saw Alex looking at her from the corner of her eyes with an odd look however when she looked up for a moment she saw him waving to the other girls. How typical. She hated to stereotype people so much but some people were just boring by nature and her definition of interesting was warped. Interesting didn't always have to be trouble making it could be talking about a good subject or something like dancing or horseback riding. Though she would rarely turn down the opportunity to cause some mayhem. Finding herself staring at Alex she looked back down to the art brushing her hair back from her face revealing the three hoops that hung from her ear. She had them done since she was twelve and had done then herself but they actually looked professional. Closing the book she looked around for a moment actually wanting to talk to someone and not feel so out of place here.

Cameron shook his head at the comment about Henry's notebook. "As I will never understand girls," he said, before the comment about go-carts registered. He had just gotten his driver's license this year, and as a kid he had always loved to ride them on the tracks at amusement parks. A smirk crossed his lips as well. "It'll be the joy ride of your life," he said, hoping to sound clever, though he thought he sounded rather stupid.

Isabella smiled as she saw one of the boys turn to wave at them. Taking it as an invitation to join them, she grabbed Ayumi lightly by the wrist, dragging her over to the table along with both of their trays. "What's up?" she asked, her comment directed at no one in particular. She put her tray down between the dark-haired boy and one of the girls, pushing her curly hair behind her ear with an angelic smile.

Snickering, she stood and pulled him up with her, before turning quickly to Rain. Leaning forward, she whispered in the girls ear. "In about...five minutes, why don't you bring everyone outside for us? It's about time to make this place a bit more interesting." Without waiting for a response, she dragged Cameron to the door of the cafeteria, poking her head outside to make sure no one was there. "C'mon," she murmured, still holding onto his hand. "I think I see a track over there..."

He turned to face the two new arrivals and was about to introduce himself when he saw the girl called Odoir drag Cameron away. Though he was curious, he did not like to be impolite, so he turned back to the other two. "My name is Alex. The two that just left are Odori and Cameron. You can meet them later..." Glancing at Rain, he had the feeling that she was slightly annoyed with him, if not more so. Sighing, he determined he would have to make it up to her somehow. Besides, it's not like he meant to get on her nerves...

Cameron felt rather rebellious. If only his parents could see him now, he thought, looking down at Odori's hand, holding onto his as he was dragged out the door. "Let's go," he said, now his turn to pull her along. Though he was curious as to what she had said to Rain, he figured it was best not to ask. This was all Odori's planning, after all. All he was there to do was help her, and he was satisfied with that position.

Already the group was disappearing. And they hadn't even bothered to introduce themselves either. Isabella decided not to let it get to her though, and turned back to Alex with a smile on her face. "I'm Isabella, and this is Ayumi," she said, motioning to her roommate behind her. "And who are you two?" she asked, referring to Henry and Rain.

A small giggle escaped her as she followed after him, happy to finally have a partner in crime. As they came closer and closer to the track, she took the lead again and pulled him to a shed next to the track. They would need keys to operate the things after all. Grinning manically, she pulled two paper clips out of her pocket and unbent them, before sticking them in the lock hole, breaking the lock within minutes. Leaving Cameron outside for a moment, she rushed inside and took a quick glance around, before spotting the keys. She quickly picked a set and rushed outside to Cameron again, another smirk on her face. "Heh, they don't have go-carts," she murmured, taking his hand again as she took a step forward, "but they have 4-wheelers!"

Glancing down at her small golden watch she saw three minutes had passed since Odori had left and she was curious to what the girl had planned though she didn't want to bring everyone out to early encase it would interfere. Looking back to the group she heard a question directed at her. Turning to meet her gaze she said with polite indifference, "Rain." offering no explanation to if she meant her name, a random comment, or reference about the weather. Looking to the clock, "You know this room is stuffy, why don't we talk out doors where we can get some fresh air, I saw some benches so we won't even have to sit on th ground." The last part was more for the two girls because they seemed the type, "Either way I am not sure I can stand the indoors much longer."
