Mmmmh.. That's a tough one. After all, Spiders are naturally scared of snakes. But Aragog is so much bigger then her.. Depends on who get the first bite, really!
I say Nagini though. The snakes strike at such a terrifying speed, after all.

Totally the spiders, Dudley is to frightened to take them on! (And I'd like to think that they're slightly affectionate towards Harry after all those years)
