Hrmm...I'd say your description fits best. I did try to make her look more maniacal with a grin, but for some reason my computer and Gaia wouldn't allow it.

I wanna ask what item should i add to my avie, i don't like to change it completely, i just want to add something. I have 4 item at my mind, OMG, nitemare scarf, chain wallet and Jacked up shirt. Which one do you think will match with my avie ?

My current avi I started it and it was nice, then I noticed there were items I hadn't worn in ages, so I added them on!

I agree with Love 100%. If you don't plan on taking any items off (or re-arranging them) then those would be your best choices.
However if you were to take off the mochi (on your head) then it'd be nice to put the OMG. I'm just really partial to the OMG.

Nitemare scarf make my avie too cluttered, and if my avie too cluttered many art maker will deny my request.

Oh yeah, I didn't consider the shirt because I was visualizing with the current shirt you were using sweatdrop
Yeah, I think if you replaced your shirt with the jacked-up shirt, your avi would look fine, too.

i mean,i'll celebrate it with the person i love,but it's been blown out of proportion,and causes too much hype

The only reason I'd ever bother making a Valentines themed avatar is to win some kind of avie contest... but alas, I haven't won, and now my style is going towards a simplified look. I like subtle outfits that don't scream for attention.
...though I couldn't help sticking with a red theme. Stupid valentines day. Gets under your skin it does.
