Randolph looked at her somewhat impatiently then looked around.
-"Well... not really... seeing how there's no roads to get lost on anymore and the only thing to go by now is general direction and from here New Las Vegas is directly..."
Randolph dug through his clothes and pulled out an ancient-looking compass and opened it and studied it for a moment. He pointed what seemed a random direction.
-"That way. South-by-southwest. Although, I'll admit it's rather nice having more than one other person to help with Shiners. Oh, speaking of which..."
Randolph turned to the Shiner and began attempting to rip out the Shiner jewel that was the size of him.

Randolph kept struggling with the Shiner gem until a loud sucking noise was heard. Randolph fell backwards and rolled out of the enormous Shiner gem's way. Randolph stood up and look at the Shiner gem.
-"That's huge... no wonder they use it to power those trains."
Randolph took a moment to position himself correctly then lifted the entire gem and placed it on his shoulders. He began to shuffle to his buggy to put it in the trunk.

Randolph shuffled to his buggy and placed the Shiner gem in the trunk. The entire buggy bounced from the weight of the Shiner gem. Randolph panted and wiped sweat out of his face.
