I know the ToS. I've never been warned. Never broken a ToS rule..that I got caught for anyway...but I'm not around enough to be a mod, and they very very rarely allow open applications to be a mod. Meaning, I'd have to be on, and show that I'm mod material. And posting in a private guild won't really do that. arrow neutral
