Kasiya followed behind Jaeshan and they went from room to room, Shocker lighting the way with Flash when needed.

"I thought for sure these tunnels would be collapsed," Jaeshan said from in front, turning to look at Kasiya. "Lucky us."

"Yeah," Kasiya said, feeling a rumble in her stomach. She staved if off by pulling out a piece of chewing gum, and offered one to Jaeshan.

"Thanks," he said, and they continued on, Shocker perched happily on her trainer''s head. "Looks like most of the wild Pokemon are still MIA. They should return soon, though," he said as a wild Golbat swooped down and clipped Poochyena with a Wing Attack. "Geez!" he cried, as Poocheyna staggered from the blow.

"Shocker! Thundershock!" Kasiya cried, and Shocker leapt off her head and blasted the Golbat with her electricity. The Golbat gave a cry, and flew off, screeching into one of the caverns they had just left.

"Thanks for that," Jaeshan said, kneeling next to Poochyena, who looked shaken but was otherwise alright. "I guess I spoke too soon."

"Pika pika," Shocker cried, and ran over to Poochyena. Poochyena nodded at the Pikachu, and the two resumed the lead.

"I think Shocker's going to be Poochyena's body guard," Kasiya snickered. Jaeshan only smile at her.

Ryka sat on the porch of Professor Oak's Lab. She was waiting for this moment all her life. Being the youngest, she usually was the last one, always being left out. But today, she was careful to be extra early, not to be left out again. Apparently, she was a little too early, and Professor Oak was still preparing for the long day ahead of him. She sat there, anxious and excited for what lay ahead of her. But she was also nervous; What if her Pokemon didn't like her? What if Prof. Oak had run out of Pokemon? She hoped that neither of these thoughts would be true. After sitting in the blazing sun for a few more hours, she finally heard Prof. Oak's voice call her. She knew that her dream was about to come true.

"Oh, Ryka! There you are! Have you been out here all morning?"
"Yes, Professor Oak. I didn't want to be late today." She said with confidence.
"Well, are you ready to choose you're very first Pokemon?" He said. "We have a choice of three Pokemon -"
"Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle." She said proudly. She had studied up on the three starters that new trainers could choose.
"Why, yes! I see you've studied. Well, why don't we get this show on the road, hm?"
He said as he headed into the large building.

Kilik watched the guards for what seemed like hours. He creeped down the stairs completely, still trying to not catch the eye of the two Rocket members. He hid behind a plant. Koffing bumped into it, creating a loud tap before disappearing behind it. "What was that?" said the man who had been talking with Wily.

"Go check it," the other man ordered, nudging him with his elbow. With a dark look, the first man approached the plant.

Oh God, we're dead... Kilik thought, closing his eyes tightly. He heard the plant's branches open up, cracking slightly. The man came face to face with Koffing.

"What is a Koffin---" he was cut off.

"Koffing!" it laughed, spitting Smog through the room. The guards began to cough loudly, as Kilik dashed through the door the two had been guarding. Under the cloak of the smog, the Pokemon disappeared with his trainer. The smoke cleared.

"Where did that Pokemon go?!" the second man roared, looking around frantically.

After a moment Nurse Joy came into the main room and stepped behind the counter and smiled at Tony. "Hello there miss! I thought I heard a young man that wanted me but he must have left. What can I do for you?"

Tony just stared at her in shock before stuttering out."Miss? What?! I was the one who just called you! I'm a boy!"

Nurse Joy imediatly blushed in emabarisment. "Oh! I'm sorry! I really am! Thats never happened before!"

Tony sighed before waving it off and smiled at her. "Anyways. Can you look at my Oddish for me? I found him yesterday and sprayed a potion on him. He doesn't look that healthy though you can't tell that from the way he acts."

Nurse Joy smiled at him and picked him up. "Of course I can. Just tell me your name and if he has a nickname and I will be done in about an hour."

Tony smiled and picked his egg up agian. "My names Tony and that little guys name is Weed."

((As for the reference of calling him a girl I have had several people ask me if the person in my sig was a girl or a boy. I think I am going to make that a running joke...))

The two trainers walked for a bit longer, then Jaeshan ran ahead, looking excited. "I think we're here," he said, looking around.

Kasiya entered the room, looking around as well. "It's a dead end," she said after a few seconds.

"Hmm..." Jaeshan was lost in thought for a second. "We should be well inside Mount Moon by now, so the passage may be closed off..." he went off to the left, and pushed aside a medium sized rock that looked like it was part of the wall. The hole underneath was just big enough for them to crawl through. "After you, Pikachu," he said, chuckling. Shocker nodded and went in first, using Flash as she did so. Poochyena followed behind, and Jaeshan ducked in as well. "Coming?" he asked, before disappearing inside the hole.

"But I don't like small spaces," she said in a quiet voice. She got down on all fours and followed, hoping it wasn't that deep.

After about ten feet of crawling, the narrow passage opened up into a small room. "How about another Flash, Shocker?" Jaeshan said.

"pika!" Shocker used the move again as Kasiya entered the room.

"Ack, my eyes!" she said, rubbing them.

Drat, Jaeshan thought to himself, looking around. The Clefairy sure cleaned this place out well before they left. He looked at Kasiya, who was still rubbing her eyes and scolding Shocker for dazing her. He looked around the room again, and reached into the side pouch on his bag, and pulled out a small, shining object. A thin smile spread across his lips, and he walked over, and placed the object so it was only just visible, and walked back over to Kasiya. "Are you alright?" he asked, supressing a wide grin. He didn't see the look Poochyena gave him, which was one that clearly stated "You have got to be kidding me!.

"Yeah," she said, blinking and looking up at him with a small smile. "So, is this it?"

"Yeah," he said, acting as if he were disappointed. "The Clefairy cleared out when the Rockets attacked, and it looks as if they hadn't been back since."

"Aww," she said, her face falling. "All this way for nothing?"

"I'm afraid so," he sighed. "You can have a look around if you want to," he added, hoping he was being subtle enough. "There is this one spot on the wall where I stowed an Escape Rope the last time I came, I hope its still here. There it is, good. We can get back to the entrance of the cave in no time now." He pulled it down off a small overhang and held it in his hands. "Just let me know when you want to go." His eyes moved to the spot where he had stowed the object, hoping she would see it.

"I guess we can go," she said, giving another deep sigh. "Those Clefairy didn't leave even a trace of-" she stopped, and ran over to where Jaeshan was looking. He had to make a real effort to wipe the smirk off his face as she reached down to pick up the shiny object. "Look!" she cried, running over to him. "They left one behind!" The excitement in her voice was worth far more than the money he'd shelled out for that thing at the store, and he felt like he'd recieved a bonus when she flung her arms around him and kissed his cheek. "Thank you for bringing me here," she said, stepping back and smiling. "I never would have found Mike a Moon Stone if it wasn't for you!"

"Lucky us," he smirked, and recalled Poochyena. "Ready to go now?"

"Yup," she said. "Return, Shocker!" She walked over to him, looking about the cavern one more time as Jaeshan took a hold of her arm and activated the Escape Rope, and the two were instantly warped back to the entrance to the mini cavern.

Kilik ducked down in the corner, Koffing hovering right next to him. The smoke cleared from the room. The two guards stayed outside. Swiftly, Kilik ran by, slammed the door shut and locked it. There came a banging from the other side. "Let us in, you little brat!!" roared one of the men. The boy sighed heavily and smiled.

"Don't think so." He shook his head. Then he heard clapping. With a worried look on his face, the trainer turned. Before him stood a man. His shoulders were large and spread apart. His attire consisted of a red suit and a white ascot. The man's brown hair was slicked back and shined in the light. His eyes were cold and menacing.

"Very impressive, boy." The man said, approaching Kilik with an extended hand, "One such as stealthy as you deserves my appreaciation." The boy looked down at the hand and shook it, gripping it tightly. The man's hand was much bigger than his.

"Thank you, sir," was all he said.

"My name is Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket." Kilik's eyes widened.

"Giovanni?" he thought about what he read in his books. Nothing, "The name is Kilik." He nodded, still smiling brightly. Giovanni smirked and sat down, crossing his left leg over his knee. His black shoes were bright and shiny.

"Now...what brings you here, Kilik?" he asked, pulling a pipe from his pocket.

"I was in the Game room when I found a machine. It said something about a poster...the only poster was the one I found the switch in," he explained, "Then those Rockets started chasing me. Luckily, I had Weezing to cover for me." The boy looked to his Pokemon, who put a proud look on its face.

"Ah, I understand," he said, puffing a ring of smoke from his pipe. "Please, sit down. I'd like to talk," Giovanni held out his hand in a welcoming manner, showing that the seat was available and that the boy didn't have to stand.

As Tony was shopping through the varius items in the store he felt his egg wiggle a bit in the sling on his back. Looking back at it he egg he reached back and pulled it out of its sling. "Well it seems like you are getting a bit eager to get out of that egg now. Well you will just have to wait and come out when its time for you to." He said happily to the little egg which just moved somemore in response.

Laughing a little he placed the egg back in his sling before grabbing a potion and going up to the counter and after once again being mistaken for a girl, he paid for his potion and left. Glancing down at his watch he still noticed that he had a bit of time till he had to go pick up Weed and so he decided to just go wonder around the town some. Maybe he would find a trainer to talk to or something.

Upon hearing someone address him once again as a girl he turned and glanced over at her. "Well besides the fact that I am a boy, yeah I know where the pokemon center is." Tony saw then saw the little Eevee sitting on her bag. "Oh an Eevee! I used to help my parents breed those at the Pokemon daycare center. As for the pokemon center I can take you there now." Tony glanced at his watch and noticed it was about time to pick up Weed. "Besides I need to go there and pick up my pokemon anyway."
