Yuki laughed at the sight of a hobo costume. "YAAAAYYY HOBO!!!!!!!!" she cheered getting odd stares in the process.

'I've got 'em now' Kyoshou thought to himself as he stared at all the girls gathering around him. He gave a smirk as he said "All right. Very well." Kyoshou took off his top hat with the stuffed vulture protruding out of it. He turned it to the small audience showing them the inside of his top hat. "As you can see, nothing is within but with a tap of my wand..." Kyoshou said as he tapped his wand on the hat's outer rim. Three black crows flew out of the top hat and around the grand hall leaving a few black feathers to fall gracefully on the dance floor. Although it may have seen like an interesting trick, the truth was that the top hat had a false bottom where the three crows were hidden. Kyoshou would have been a bit embarrassed if any of the guests had figured out that he had come to the ball with the crows in his hat not knowing if he was going to need them. He tried to not let the loud guests distract them, no matter how annoying they were.

"Tobi's a good boy!" * * Tobi entered the massive dance hall and took a good look around; he saw 2 angels a Chinese vampire,a Hobo, some dark circus ring leader doing tricks, a demon magician, and a demon sanding in awe at everyone... "Yay this should be fun!" ^.^ grinned Tobi as he made his way over to the creepy magician. "Can you really do magic?" asked the curious Tobi; "And Am I A Good Boy?" also muttered Tobi in a content full bliss.

Kyoshou was a bit perplexed by this question. Surely he knew that it was only a costume and sleight of hand. Kyoshou said the only thing he could think of "Well my good friend, I wouldn't be a good illusionist if I told you the truth now would I? Believe what you wish, for tonight I am but a mystery. As to your second question, I wouldn't know." One of the crows landed on Kyoshou's shoulder. He picked up a cracker from the nearby tray and gave it to the dark bird.

Kagai wandered around the room looking at all of the interesting costumes. She really did want to talk to someone but was way to shy. "I cant do this...." she told herself as she walked over to the punch bowl.

Lost in her own world, Marissa closed her eyes and danced dreamily on her own. Holding her arms out as if dancing with someone, she glanced every now and then to be sure she stayed near the wall.
Within a few moments, Misa was so completely lost in thought, she didn't even realize when she strayed from her spot on the wall. Eyes still closed, she was gracefully dancing on her own, slightly nearer to the center of the ballroom. Not really close enough to appear strange, but certainly enough to attract attention.

Dai clapped at the magic trick and then giggled at the "good" boy. She was wondering if she should try dancing but she was still a bit shy.

Felina jaw dropped staring at Kyoshou her mouth still filled with appetizers. She quickly gulped down her food and dashed towards him. "H-ho-how..." Felina clenched her fist "HOW DARE YOU BE SO CRUEL!" Felina shook her fist. "I know how you did that trick and I think it's absolutely terrible!" Felina snatched Kyoushou's hat. "Where is that alternate dimension?!" She thought in her head as she felt the inside of the hat.

Kyoshou tried to grab his hat back but it was too late. He quietly approached Felina and whispered "Will you keep it down? They had plenty of room in there otherwise they wouldn't be able to fly. Its quite a large hat you know" With that he snatched his hat back and regained his poise. Kyoshou drifted towards Rei and said "Well it is a ball is it not? I'd be enchanted" He then offered his hand to Rei to join him in a waltz.

Tirana chuckled as another guest grabbed the magician's hat, looking for the place where the birds were hidden. As others went to go dance, Tirana looked for a chair by the wall, and spotted one next to a table. She walked over and sat down, all the while procuring a book. She then started to read the book; She wasn't a dancer. "It happened then as it always happened, a sudden shift of emotions that took him from simmer straight to white hot....."
