I hate eating chalk......I have to take pills........at first it was to control my depression but now my body is used to it! I'm on zoloft....

I wasn't anorexic are anything, but I thought it would be easier to loose weight if I didn't eat. So I didn't exceot for dinner. I lost 7 lbs that week, bu my stomach hurt sooo bad. Plus, I lost 14 lbs doing weight watchers and it was much easier than not eating at all. I also have a tendency to make myself puke if I ate something incredibly bad. The last time I did it was 8 days ago after I went to an arcade and played DDR for hours and then ate lots of pizza and bread sticks, I didn't want to gaia what I had just lost, so I did it. I know, it's stupid, but it probably isn't that bad if you only do it once every two or three months...right? I have only done this about 3 or 4 times. I really shouldn't have done it at all since vomit is teh ick.
