This morning, I got back to my story of Kenshin Belmont again. This time he meets an old vampire hunter lady. What do you all think about this? The woman he meets isn't actually a young, pretty looking thing. She's in fact, an average looking woman who is quite old but not so much. She could be his mother even! I just got to think of how interesting she could be and what characteristics to give her before I proceed. Any ideas?

Chapter 1 keeps altering itself in my mind because it's never ever seemed right to me. Well, I mean the first part of chapter one and perhaps bits and pieces need to be tweaked in the second part, but nonetheless chapter 1 is frustrating me!!!

I got out the manuscript so far for a fanfic story I'm writing for a friend's birthday. It's... a tad overdue. smile

DM_Melkhar Chapter 1 keeps altering itself in my mind because it's never ever seemed right to me. Well, I mean the first part of chapter one and perhaps bits and pieces need to be tweaked in the second part, but nonetheless chapter 1 is frustrating me!!! Sorry Mel, I just thought chapter one of Kenshin Belmont's story was frustrating you. I mean, I don't have to give out a link, it's right there in his journal. mrgreen
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with that chapter. I doubt there's anything I can do to help, is there?

I am working on writing descriptions for my characters as well as working on my planet/world map. I am unsure if i will put my map on canvas board or on a piece of paper i am still deciding and not quite sure which one i want to do yet.

That was a long time ago Hypno, I've since got chapter one more or less as I want it now. It's chapter 2 that's being the pain in the rear now.

I tend to have a wonderful amount of down-time at work and my boss is okay with my bringing my laptop. With no wireless, it means that my cyber-world is limited to my laptop and whatever I happen to have on my flash-drive. All this equals productivity. I finished the second chapter of my Forgotten Realms fanfic. I've got that posted to my Fanfiction.Net account, so if you're interested, you can hop over there to read it. It's currently the first one listed. I also was able to burn through the rest of a chapter of a thing I'm writing for my GM about my D&D character. I'm not sure if I'll ever end up posting it, but chapter two is well on its way (I don't think my GM quite knew what he was in for when he asked me to write down what she was doing during our time-skip). Simmering in the background, I've got a couple different short stories for my home-brew RPG world. If I could just get the characters to calm down, I could get somewhere with them... Berz.

im in the process of making a guidebook for my world including locations and what each location and part means and how its relevent to the world. as well as working in the creation of my world map basically drawing it out.

I'm just here commenting that I haven't had chance to continue with my KB journal but I'm hoping I'll get some time eventually. I might leave that alone for a while if I want to enter that NaNoWriMo thing as well... rolleyes

I'm doing bits and pieces regarding guidebook work, but my world is nowhere near fully designed...so I can't really do a lot on it right now. sweatdrop

I think know what you mean. Even though I haven't been able to continue my KB journal, I want to see if I can submit my story about a kid who is a prince and whose family is under a terrible curse. I'm not sure how many words it will have but maybe I can get past the 50k words quota.
I'll keep you all posted and I hope that after that, I can continue the journal.
