Minron heard Kemry and turned to her direction. "Another? Tell me, do you know who injured that guard?" Minron pointed to the guard still on the ground and stared at Kemry, but the darkness in his hood covered his face.

Demi was coughing alot, clutching her chest with her free hand after they ran.The coughs pained her, she thought her heart contidion was almost gone but she was wrong.

Elizabeth's eyes widened at the sight of Kemry and she quickly plunged on, Kemry take them away she willed.
"I told you who to blame," She looked up at him, "I'll take it." Her voice was soft and quavery but she stood tall. An indescribable urge to protect her family kept her going. "Do what you will with me..."
"No!" Irene ran out of the building and clung to Elizabeth's legs. "He'll hurt you Elizabeth!" Tears ran down the little girl's face, staining her cheeks. Elizabeth knelt down beside her and hugged her.
"It'll be alright my dear" She plastered a smile on her face and kissed the girl's forehead. "Kemry's home now and she'll take care of you while I'm gone. Okay?" Irene nodded and ran well around the gaurd to Kemry's arms. Elizabeth looked past the gaurd at everyone. "I have to protect you."
((I have to go for a while. I'll be back on tonight ^^))

"You are quite responsible and vey honorable I respect that. The most you'll get is some minor labor under my supervision." Minron reached behind his cloak and pulled a pair of hand cuffs from his pack. "See these? Cause trouble and I'll have to put them on you" He reached to his pack and put them back. Minron whistled and his horse came. "This is Shade, she'll be your ride to the castle, so hop on."

She walked slowly over to the horse eyeing the gaurd, carefully watching his every move. Elizabeth looked up at the horse, blinked and sighed. I hate horses.. Clumsily, she mounted the horse, jumping out of her skin every time the large horse snuffed out air from her nostrils. She turned around in her seat and smiled at Irene.
"I'll be home soon, my dear.." Her eyes shifted to Kemry and Alexandra. "Take good care of everybody."

Minron grabbed the Shade's muzzle and pulled her along towards the castle streets. "Judging by the guard'sdamage, the most you'll have to do is wash some dishes and maybe groom Shade." Minron yawned and covered his mouth with his free right hand. "A least the trouble you've caused got me out of patrol duty or whoever casued it anyway."

"How long will I be away..?" Her voice, again, was soft and shakey. Her body also shook with the effort of holding back tears.

"You don't want to leave your friends do you?" Minron stopped infront of a house. "Then we'll stop here, my house." He got out his keys from his pack and started looking for his house key. "Come here everyday to perfomr tasks for me for three days, then your dept will be paid. Can I trust you with that arrangment...What was your name?"

((Ahh, I've missed so much. Sorry Lutemna, Kemry's internet's been out of comission most of today for some odd reason...cough*dialup*cough^^; As for what you've missed black_strings, I just hope I didn't jumble up the order in Kemry's observation.))
Kemry had been taken aback when the guard had assumed that she knew any more than he did, she had barely arrived after all, but when Demitry began to cough violently Kemry's attention shifted. Gingerly she bent down and scooped the girl into her arms and whispered in her ear.
"Are you alright?" her quiet voice rang with concern as her eyes flicked from Seth at her side to Elizabeth standing by the guard. What is she thinking? wondered Kemry frantically. Carefully she stood up, the coughing child in her arms and stepped quietly closer to the apparently unconcerned gaurd. As he described Elizabeth's punishment, Kemry's heart lightened, if only a little. Eliabeth was getting off lightly for the injured gaurds, probably because the they were slowly coming to.
Kemry watched as Elizabeth struggled onto the horse and she almost laughed despite the tense situation. Distantly she wondered if the gaurd also found it comical, maybe smiling darkly under his dark hood. She shook her head at the mental image as he led the horse away with Elizabeth, and glanced up at Alexanra, her want for an explanation clear on her face. She looked back down at Demitry.
"Do you want me to put you down?" she questioned the suddenly very heavy girl in her trembling arms.

"O-Okay" Demitry didnt cough as much. "I thought it was almost gone" She muttered, mainly to herself though.

Alexandra watched as Elizabeth being taken away. She then looked at Kermy and the other kids. "Ok kids everyone inside." she said. "Kermy if you don't mind can you stay out so we can talk." she asked her.

"Elizabeth," She paused "And, I will come. You can trust me."
Her heart soared at the thought of not having to go away for good. Not yet. Then, her mind snapped back to reality and she blinked. "What kind of tasks will I be asked to do?"

Irene shuffled inside, following Alexandra's orders but often looking over her shoulder just in case one of them tried to leave her. It wasn't fair...Why did he have to take Elizabeth away? She heaved an enormously sad sigh and sat on the windowsill -- Elizabeth's place -- and wouldn't move for anybody.
