"I'm Oni," replies Oni in her sweet, clear voice, "Now I do believe that the bathroom is to the left..."
She takes him down a corridor and comes to a stop at a large wooden door with a few ornate markings on it.
"This is it!" She says, pointing to an old sign, written in script which says "loo."
"Loo means bathroom," she giggles, "I find that hilerious!"
She lets go of Chester's hand, and bends over to look into a cabinet to see if she can find a towel to dry him with. She hums a little and shakes her butt to the beat of her little song. She hears him sit down behind her, and smiles a bit.
'I know what he's looking at,' she thinks in a sing-song mental voice.
She looks to the huge bathtub to her left. The water was still steaming and bubbly for some reason.
'I guess someone forgot about her bath,' Oni thinks, 'Oh well, better get Chester all dried up. OOh! and without a shirt!'

"Guests? None that I know of, but I'll let you know if that changes. Hey, where do I put my bags?" Ava guestures to the two large pieces of luggage sitting on the porch, "Have rooms been assigned or is it 'first come first serve'?"

Ai hears the car pull up and immediately runs to greet her. She bows to her and says "I am Ai, and i will takke your bags to your room, ma'am"
"Do you even know where her room is, Ai?"
"Umm....no..."
"Just take her bags to the living room"
"OK." Ai carried both of her bags to the living room and immedialtely went back andsaid, "Is there anything else i can do for you?" Not noticing her shirt was soaked to the skin

Sure thing, just lemme get the map...
"Oh, thats right. "she pulls out a map from her back pocket and says, "Here is your map, Koiyu-kun"
Ahh, thank you. *she hands it to Ava and this is what she sees:
1st floor: the living room, kitchen, den (with books and stuff), the mystery room (where all your S&M type stuff can be played out), gym (where a wide space for battling and building muscle and strength and all that reside), And Arcade/gaming room.
Outside: Tennis and basketball courts, pool, shooting range, and general quietness among the wilderness (i should mention this is somewhat near Los Angeles forest)
2nd floor: Bedrooms (there are 5 for 12 people, but more can fit if you use your imigination ), arts and crafts room(for the artistic types), a music room/ recording studio(for the musicians), and study(where all the quiet, silent types can go and study).
((attempting to run the mansion and attempted bombings of the mansion WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! I will have you evictedif i see this and it affects the residents (remember, i AM the landlord, and i can make it happen) Just be yourself and play out your story, however and with whoever you wish. if you have Q's PM me.))

"Ah, I see we'll all have roomates, well today is just full of new experiences for me!" She looks over the map some more, "Tennis, nice."
