Aeryn Bristow, 5th year


Aeryn looked at Anna, and then back over to where the boy had been, but he was now gone. She couldn't get over how similar they looked.

So, do you happen to know the boy that was just across the corridor? He's gone now, but he looks a lot like you do.

Aeryn wondered when Teri would be returning. Aeryn had always been very gifted with magic, and it seemed at though Ter might be the same way. Maybe she could guide Aeryn a bit as to what to expect in her classes at Hogwarts?

Albus-Severus 1st Year, Slytherin [[to be]]

After getting on the train, he reflected over his fathers words, though not quite sure what to make of them. At first he had wondered who his father had been takling about, and resolved to research it at school. School. isn't that the source of the problem?

Not that he hadn't spent almost the whole summer thinking about it. Once James had come home and told tales of his time at Hogwarts, Albus had hung onto every word, trying to get an idea of what it was like.

Atleast friends aren't a problem. Even if I can't meet anyone new, I always have Hugo and Rose to talk to. But if I'm in Slytherin, will they still want to be seen with me? If all else fails, I always have Tom...[[His Coco cat ^L^]] And to think my fate lies in the hands of a hat...

He sat down in a compartment with his brother, Rose and Hugo and promptly fell asleep. He woke up just in time to get on his school robes as the train came to a stop.

Nina Demigus. 4th year Gryffindor.

Bollocks, I need to get changed before the train stops. It seems I'm running late on everything today. Gathering her things up, she stowed everything away and grabbed her school robes. She hurried off to get changed when she saw a pile of students in the corridor. "What on Earth happened here?" She asked nonchalantly. Deciding it was none of her business, she continued to the lavatory to get changed. It was approximately five minutes before she came out, but this time she had long black robes on. Behind the robes, you could see the red and gold of her Gryffindor tie, which she wore quite proudly. This time when she passed the scene in the hall of the train, she slowed down a bit to observe the scene. She muttered something to herself that sounded a little like "fooling around" and "arriving soon". Still, she got back to her compartment and sat down quietly and rested her eyes a bit before the train stopped.

Xairi Equinox, 1st year.

Xairi looked up at the girls return and was glad to hear that she hadnt really be abandoned.

S-sorry I fell asleep she said as she slowly got up and got her trunk down. She opened it and gathered her dressing attire and made her way to the bathroom as well. She ammerged a few minuts later freshly dressed in her hogwarts clothes.



She walked back to her compartment and got all her other things together, to await other further instructions for departure.

Xairi Equinox

"Alright, thanks. I-it was very nice m-meeting you guy" Xairi said, rmembering her manners. She climbed down the train steps as other students were going and followed them, looking for people who looked her age.

Aeryn Bristow, 5th year


Before leaving the compartment, Aeryn gave Xairi a warm grin and told her:

It's a long train ride, don't worry about falling asleep! Careful out there, it's rather crowded. Oh, thanks Perenelle, I'm definitely going to need help finding him!

She glanced out the window at the group of teachers...it seemed to be growing by the minute! She excused herself from the compartment. Aeryn finally managed to make it all the way to the lavatory and get changed, and then back to the compartment where she gathered her belongings. Aeryn sat down again, patiently waiting for the train to arrive, and found herself worrying a bit about Xairi as she left the compartment...even though Aeryn was new to Hogwarts, at least she had a slight idea of what she was in for...poor Xairi had no clue. She looked back to Perenelle:

In a bind I am...not sure if I'm hoping to be a Ravenclaw or a Slytherin...but I think I may be chosen for Ravenclaw. I think poor Mum & Dad may have a stroke if I wrote and told them I'd been sorted into the same house that You-Know-Who was bred from!

Glancing out into the corridor, she noticed little Xairi having a rough time making it back to the lavatory. Aeryn excused herself from Perenelle, saying:

Sorry to leave you again, those older students either don't seem to notice Xairi trying to get past, or they don't care. I'm going to go give her a hand.

Aeryn left the compartment quickly, trying to get to Xairi before she was bumped into. Just steps before she reached the girl, a much older student bumped into her. She thought he should have graduated years ago! She was pushed forward into Anna and her twin. Promptly apologizing, Aeryn felt her face heat up...this was not how she had wanted to meet Anna's twin! But, now was as good a time as any.

Oh, Anna, I'm sorry! That oaf back there bumped into me and sent me forward a few miles! This is your twin you said? Hi there, I'm Aeryn!

Aeryn knew her face had turned a bright shade of red, but she was not a shy girl. When opportunity knocked, she always answered. And here, opportunity seemed to banging at the door! She turned and gave a quick glance for Xairi. There was no sign of her. Thinking she must have made her way to the lavatory, Aeryn turned to Anna and her brother:

How do you do? Scuse me, I have to find Xairi - a first year I was talking to earlier, she went to the loo to get changed but I'm worried she may have been trampled. See you later!

Aeryn was hoping, if for no other reason, that she be sorted in Ravenclaw so her newly budding friendships with Anna and Perenelle wouldn't be extinguished.

Aeryn made her way back towards the lavatories, keeping an eye out for Xairi. Finally, she made it into the washroom and called out:

Xairi? Did you make it here ok?
