Lita collapsed to the ground, barely conscious, she looked up weakly at Queen Beryl, scowling in anger. She tried to move, but she couldn't.
"Jupiter!" Raye couldn't attack or she'd just use it against Lita again. She stood by, feeling helpless.

*She laughed as she saw her laying on the ground.*
"I should let my minions have their way with you infront of your little boyfriend, but i think killing you would be enough for now"
*She charged up a dark ball of energy and laughed*
"Dont worry ill make sure your man follows you shortly"
*She fired the ball of energy at her*

Lita was only able to grumble, "Don't touch him," before the ball of energy hit her. She lied still as a crystal formed above her heart.
"No..." Raye had tears in her eyes, anger formed, "Mars, Flame Sniper!"

"Ha ha ha! So easy to kill you little scouts"
*She absorbed the energy and fired it back at Raye.*
"You want to be next?"
*the ball of energy approached her*
"BACKLASH WAVE!!!!!" Inuyasha yelled as he jumped infront of the energy ball and sent it flying back stronger then before.
*a shocked look came over her eyes*
"What the hell? No! "
*the wave was about to hit when a portal opened behind her and pulled her in*
*The minion disappeared and Miroku was let go.*
He rushed to Lita's side. "Lita! Are you ok? Whats wrong get up! please!." He looked at the crystal on her heart. "what is this thing?"

Raye was able to dodge the attack before rushing to her friend's side, tears welled in her eyes, "That's her crystal heart, that's one of the reasons Queen Beryl is always after us, almost everyone has a crystal heart, and it's needed to...live." Tears were starting to fall down her face as she looked at the stone-cold face of her friend.

Tears swelled in Miroku's eyes as he held her close. "Damit I promised you that you wouldnt have to fight alone... Im sorry i couldnt protect you Lita!" He looked at her and kissed her lips gently as he thought "Im sorry i failed you Lita. I want you back!" *A glow of light consumed both of them rapidly* 
Miroku felt as if warmth was returning to her body, *thinking* Is she comming back to me?" He didnt dare remove his lips for fear of losing her.

The crystal heart started to slowly go back into her body, Lita felt her own life returning.
Raye watched in amazement and hope, "Come on Lita....It's working!"
The heart went all the way back into her body as her breathing returned, she was just still knocked unconscious, but alive.

Miroku looked in amazement as he saw her breathing again. "Lita... we need to get her some where to rest. " He picked her up and started walking back to the inn. *Thinking* "I wont be caught of guard again Lita i promise! and please you dont have to fight alone anymore " He smiled at the fact that she was still alive

Raye was relieved that her friend was still alive, "Thank God," She breathed as she followed Miroku.

Jack opened the door to the hotel, rubbing an eye. With a large yawn, he looked over to the others, then said, "Thunder woke me up... What'd I miss?"

Abel saw Raye engaged in combat, and he immediantly shot up. "Raye! I'm coming!" He shouted as he came outside, his pistol held tight in his hands. "Is everything all right?
Dilandau noticed that there was a woman near them, one that as threatening to kill them. He looked to his armor. Escaflowne was trying to tell him to go back and help, but Dilandau knew he would only get them into more danger. But, he shook his head, and ran back to the group, ariving about the time that she had dissapeared. "I see, so I missed it.." He said to the group.
