It doesn't really gross me out. My dad liked eating the eyeballs and made me eat one once. As nasty as it was, it tasted like old butter.

How do you people get your hands on these things? I mean, just the other day I tried lightly seared tuna. It was the rawest fish I've ever had, but it was good. I consider raw fish rare, but fish heads? Escargot?

AH!!! Balut!!! I <3 balut!!! (Well...I haven't eaten the actual chick since I was six after I started dissecting them to see what I was ACTUALLY eating...) And of course, we all have to worship pork ears...yum...But anyway, the insides of those chicks were so well-developed, I began to feel bad for eating them, and stopped...heh...damn my child-like curiosity...
