For a custom move, how does this sound?
Sayorei Fist
The user gathers chakra into their hand, and then turns their hand into a fist. The person runs to the enemy, and punches at them. It can pierce through the person it hits. It can also cut the enemy from a distance. A distance meaning a couple of inches. Because of the chakra around the fist. The most unique part of the move though, is that the person can make the attack explode on contact. They conpress the chakra so that it's basically invisible, and then punch. THe chakra releases, and explodes over whatever it hits.

Gah, my PS3 finally finished downlaoding the SOCOM update after like 3 hours, and now it's being stupid, I can't be online on the PS3 and on my computer apparently.

Reitou Kaze((Freezing Wind))
Using a compressed ball of chakra dense water, the user preforms a Wind barrier move around said ball. Keeping the water and Wind separate is essential. Holding said ball in hand, the person using the technique could either explode it at a distance, or hit a person directly. When it explodes, the water freezing and expands, engulfing and freezing anything it touches. When it hits a person, whatever it hits will most likely freeze solid, like liquid nitrogen on skin.
It would be like...A Rank though.
