So not naturally blind, so they had to adapt themselves to the disability? Hmmm, well actually... awareness would have been cut down a bit and so would be Dex XD But I guess if he came up with some passive technique that made all of his other senses amplify or decrease, then he could have those changed into bonuses.

Pr0dlgy LOL Anyways, I gots a question for ya... what kind of bonus will Naoki get since she's been blind > 10 years? Blinded: Character suffers a -6 penalty on all related rolls (eg. Awareness), and automatically fail sight-related rolls (eg. reading). They also lose their dex mod to their Dodge. Temporary Blind effects typically fade with time. Note that those not accustomed to being Blind will not automatically gain hearing-related advantages (must be Blind for more than 3 months - ask the Crew). Since Naoki is used to it she probably would get her dex mod back to her dodge and +3 to her Listen related checks. If it's 10 years that either no penalty to Awareness related rolls or a small one like -2 or -1. Sage? HIRU OMG I LOVE MASANORI'S MASK!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

No actual rules for it in d20 for perma-blindness. I would say that they would lose some of their reflex maybe, but not their dodge, as you can get that weird sense that somebody is near you, where-as Reflex is more of a no warning thing. Auto fail on sight related checks, -2 to awareness in general. If it were d20, I would say Fail spot and -6 search, but +5 to listen.
