Layna blinked, but did not pull away, the warmth of the contact comforting. "I'm still a healer...you know...I slowed my body down...It was hard to use my own healing without changing my mind's course, and then I would have gone into shock..." She whispered softly, before she lifted her head, feeling utterly better. She looked to Ceon, her eyes widening slightly. "I'm fine." She said softly, "Razu is a healer as I am...It's better...though it will leave a scar I am sure." She sighed softly, covering her eyes with a hand to keep the light out.
Gabriel let out a squeal, pouncing out of nowhere upon the bed, a tail wagging, and the teething ring in his muzzle.

Razu pulled away from Layna and looked at Gabe. He smiled at him,"Hey Gabe? Having fun with your father?"

Ceon walked up to Layna's bedside and sat down next to her. He sttroked her hair gently, "I'm sorry Layna. I was so careless. I shouldn't have lost control."

Layna felt herself becoming confused again. Here she was, being held affectionately by one man, and another sat beside her, stroking her hair in a loving way. This was frustrating as well. "It's fine." She said with a nod, her heart battering at her ribcage.
Gabriel tilted his head to the side at the question, before he finally dropped the ring and stared at the three adults, his eyes questioning.

Razu moved closer to Gabe and picked him up petting his white fur,"Hey Gabe. You should go hug mommy." Razu grinned,"Or lick her." Razu watched Layna and Ceon through jealous eyes but he had decided not to interrupt if Layna decided to choose Ceon. He wouldn't.

Ceon looked at Gabe and smiled, "Hey Gabriel, come on up and give mommy a hug, kay? She got hurt a bit and I'm sure she'd appreciate it." Ceon hugged Layna lightly, making sure to no touch her shoulder or arm.

Layna was beginning to feel uncomfortable between two people who were truly trying to win her. She slipped underneath Ceon's hugging and stood up, making the best excuse she could as she grabbed a clean shirt and a towel. "I'm taking a shower..." She muttered, walking into the bathroom, and closing the door without another word. She didn't have any other idea, there was violence between the two, no matter how much they tried to hide it. Jealousy, rivalry...Boys through and through. She slipped out of her clothes and turned the hot water on, not bothering with the cold. It would feel nice to be clean.
Gabriel looked between the two, and then at the ring sitting on the bed, his tail wagging a little. There was one thing puppies of any kind loved to do.

Razu looked after Layna then down at Gabe,"Do you want to play tug of war?" Razu picked up the ring and waved it teasingly in front of Gabe's muzzle.

Ceon looked at the plastic ring and laughed heartily. He picked up the ring in his mouth and turned to a lycan, then trodded along playfully through the apartment, waiting for Gabe to follow.

Gabriel looked from Razu and then at Ceon and let out a confused whine, not sure what to do. They were both clearly wanting to play with him, which made him happy, but two people grabbing on his ring was more than enough to make him just sit there and look.

Razu let go of the ring and sat back watching Gabe for a little bit before getting up," I have to go." He opened Layna's window and jumped out. At least this way Kon wouldn't know he left.

Ceon smiled a toothy grin as Razu lift. He grabbed Gabriel quickly and scooped him up in his arms, lifting him high in the air like an airplane.

Gabriel's eyes widened as he was hoisted upwards suddenly. He blinked his grey eyes, and a smile widened on his lips, until he was giggling. He wasn't sure what to do...Who to play with. But it made hm sad when Razu left.
Layna sighed softly as she opened the door, steam plumes escaping into the hall. She pressed her forehead against the wall for a moment, her body drained of all strength and the heat coursing violently through her. She looked out into the living room, and saw only Gabriel and Ceon. Her whole body froze. Was she alone with Ceon? She didn't know if she liked that or not.

Ceon saw Layna come out of the bathroom and he smiled. It felt like his family was back together again, although it wasn't. He set Gabriel down, "Wave to mommy, Gabe." He said with a smile.

Kon sat down outside the door and put Layna's ring he had found on his lap in an envelope. He wrote her name on it and slid it under the door and walked away.
