Well, basically you just download a file that tells Norton what kind of codes to look out for, and whenever it finds one of the codes, it tells you and won't allow any program to access that code. It is incapable of fixing viruses most of the time. And again, it doesn't do anything for spyware.

NewGenious but do try others besides kazaa. since its the most popular one, a lot of people have fake copies of it, and viruses and the last time I got kazaa it came with a lot of spyware

Yes, and Deep Freeze gets rid of them completely as well when you restart.
