Assignment to the High Admiralty? You know the Imperial version of the Joint-Chiefs of staff.
Fleet assignment to a sector thats nice and quiet?
Put on home guard duty (Coruscant Sector Fleet Command - Honorable and good for the Career, but boring).
I never said RETIRE I meant to move him offstage.

Unless Borill becomes a monk over Ithor, I see nothing really teaching him how to live outside of the working force.
and getting promoted to a boring job would just be as bad as retirement. He'd still probably be playing stratego to pass the time.

Professor of war: Occupied! Again? Who the hell could be in there?
*inside*
Borill: AHAHAHAHA! Victorious in every situation! I'm master of the universe!

Yeah... but that doesn't mean he wouldn't accept such an assignment. How can you say no to joining the Admiralty?
Or better yet, he gets assigned OpFor Duty for the Imperial Academy. Lets whip those recruits into line.

They dont caqll it Axis and Allies anymore. They call it Droids and Clones. And remember, Holochess.

Yeah... he'd get the most active position in any professional army. Commander of the Opposing Force at Corulag. We go to war every two weeks! lol

So what's this discussion now? On how to get people to quit complaining or how to get them to think outside the box?

I believe the psychic computer foretold them of a possible sith invasion due to a magical report coming from fondor that a sector fleet was amassing and headed for AR.
