Personality
R'hllor is a rather mysterious character who has two definite sides much like his godly domain. He shows a benevolent light side to most yet as bright as R'hllor may shine he casts long shadows over the rest who refuse to follow him refusing to share his light and warmth with unbelievers. He's quite a prideful and vain character, everyone is below him, he will hold back the dark and cold to protect those in his care.

History
No other god exists in the world other than R'hllor, at least in the mind of his followers. Only the great other is of any relevance. R'hllor set out to destroy the other gods attacking each one, each being inadequate. R'hllor after vanquishing the seven, set is sights on an island in the ocean home of a rather solitary people who worshiped the Drowned God Llyr.
Both sets of followers clashed as did the gods themselves. In the end however they managed to destroy themselves. Both R'hllor and the drowned god fought to the end like their followers. R'hllor ended up returning to the land alone, save one soul who had remained his last follower a fire dancer stallion.
R'hllor seeks to return to his former glory, the insult of the drowned god would not stand, he was the true god.
