Haku suddenly opened his eyes and hugged Suna Hime tightly while still snuggling. He said, "Momma, I miss mister Big. Why'd he have to die?"

Misaki smirked as Xistund bumped into the Kyomon, she'd have to thank Zekuyama later for making it easier for her to cast the spell. "Bakudo 61 Rikujōkōrō!" she said after she secessfully chanted the spell sending 6 pillars of light slamming into Xistund's body making him unable to move any of his limbs.
(Though since he's a captain can't he sorta break it?)

Standing there Kyo watched already muttering something he wasn't great at Bakudo spells but he knew atleast up thru twenty. "Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!" Kyo said pointing at Xistund. "Bakudo 11, Geki" Kyo said as a red aura surrounded Xistund along with the Pillars of light helping to bind him in place. "Your caught Captain don't make this any worse then it already is" Kyo said holding his hand towards Xistund still. In all honesty it was hurting him quite alot to raise his blade against Xistund in anything besides wanting to test his strength against him.

Being blinded, slammed in a wall, Pinned down with two different kido's Xistund had a confused angry look on his face. Not really knowing what was happening other then he was being captured. His look turned to a grin "Alright I'm caught for now but at least I know that not one of you has the balls to take me one on one. Kyo, my only expiation and that's because he wants my spot."

(that your the only one who wanted to go toe to toe with Xistund and that's mostly for the captain's spot. ^_^; Sorry if that did not make much sense I had WB in the middle of writing and was freaked out by a huge spider)

(Ahh ok ok gotcha.)
Standing there Kyo kept his eyes on Xistund as he shifted himself slightly the barrier around him seeming to thicken slightly as kyo moved. "Im taking your spot as Captain" Kyo said simply closing his eyes. As it always was when a captain's spot opened the 2nd in command would assume the duty. Until anyone in 11th squad bested him in a trial by combat as was the case when the Captain's spot was stripped from Xistund as it likely would be Kyo would step into it. "It's not the way it should be but things can't always be like that huh" he muttered the barrier around xistund thickening slightly again.

Zekuyama sighed and took a step back, watching Xistund bound was amusing, but only for a moment. "He should be bound more, these kido arent that hard to break if he tried hard enough." Zekuyama began thinking of a few kido to be ready just in case.

Misaki jumped down from the wall from where she stood to cast the kido spell. "True, but don't you think spell 99 uses up to too much reiatsu to restrain him, also I can't use that spell." Misaki said hoping the 2 kido spells wouldn't break any time soon.

"I don't know, but I'm sure he's in a much better place now." Sakyu said warmly, knowing that the former 4th squad captain would likely be put into the cycle of rebirth and be born into the human world.
Bakura sighed and sheathed his sword, Xistund would be able to see the sincere sorrow on his face. "Xistund, you can't do this to everyone, you have responsibilities to your squad, don't throw them away, I just hope they don't decide to execute you." Bakura said with a sigh.

Gage sighed as he flashed stepped nearby the group "...well..." was all he said. In truth he was sad, he could not help a friend and now a punishment was to ensue, well if Gage had any say he would at least prevent them from killing him.

Xistund said nothing for awhile to Bakura "if your going to hold me it would be better in a prison cell" he said not wanting everyone talking about him like he was some kinda wild dog to be restrained and put down though that was the best description of him right now

"As you wish. Misaki, get Yuki here with the Detention Corps." Bakura commanded. He would let his third seat and head of the Detention Unit in the Omnitsukido take Xistund away. Bakura would have done it himself but he didn't want the captain's imprisonment to be personal for him.
